EDIT: The company reached out immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a refund. Fantastic customer service and will definitely buy from again in the future. I wanted to love it but the assembly was a pain and the one key part for this to be great was defective. The rod and the motor did not line up at all. In fact, it looked a bit warped. We got it to finally line up, but realized it still wasn’t great once the whole thing was assembled, plugged in and we used the motor to move the desk up and down. When doing so, there is an incredibly loud ticking noise that isn’t normal for a stand up desk. It’s incredibly infuriating after two hours of assembling this to have it be like this and for how much was paid for it. Definitely a letdown and not sure I’d recommend it with such a key part/feature being defective. ... show more

I love my new office desk so much! My only regret is not purchasing one sooner. One of the major issues for me when working from home is the ability to loose track of time and not being aware of how long I was seated. Standing every so often has helped with back and neck pains. This is a great desk. It is the second that I tried for my height (6'4") and this one did not disappoint. The goal was to have a standing desk and a walking pad underneath. This is a great choice for anyone looking. It took about an hour and a half to assemble but was not bad it all, the instructions were easy. I did not add the wheels yet, but that will make it taller, which is fine because the saved settings are awesome, I can just reset them for the wheels. ... show more

I love this sit/stand desk even though it didn't come with the Child Safety ("S) button. The desk has the right number of fabric drawers (2), which hold exactly what I need. It was easy to assemble. The length and depth works perfectly in my home office. I'm 5'3" so the height works great in sit and stand mode. I bought the Light Rustic Brown color and it's a bit richer (darker) in color than the photo. But it's elegant and gorgeous just the same. I hope it lasts. Love it!!! ... show more

This desk is great. Functions exactly as I need it to. It comes in one rectangular box, slightly heavy, easy to put together, comes with image directions, plenty of spare parts. There was a hole on each side that was opposite of the image in the instructions but we made sure it all lined up before screwing the items in. Perfect for my WFH job it’s so simple and looks so nice because it’s not large and bulky so it doesn’t look cluttered. I've only had this desk for about a week and I'm in love. It's definitely a good investment that I can see lasting several years. The 55" is a big useful size, especially for two monitors. The only issue I had was two of the smaller holes were not drilled deep enough for the screw to go in. The rest of the build was very simple.
