Bought for my 89 yr old wife. For her age very mentally and physically active, still plays competitive golf 2-3 times a week, she loves it. Not unusual for her to go 15 minutes at level 6 and then a few hours later repeat it again. Easy to assemble. well made. Very quiet. She uses it when watching TV. But what takes it over top was their customer service. The box was missing two items, the brush and lubricant. emailed the company, got immediate response and a few days later got a delivery from them. In this day and age having great customer service is an anomaly to be recognized.

I am 79 years old & have multiple health issues including arthritis. This bike is so perfect for me as gyms are not for me anymore. It runs smoothly & I can use my arm weights while riding the bike. A super big plus - it has a remote control which I love. It is extremely quiet so I can watch TV while riding. We had a glitch with our remote and called the company and with no questions asked, they sent a replacement quickly. Would recommend without hesitation.

I ride an exercise bike diligently one hour a day in the evening. Recently my husband and I started traveling. I needed to find something as relaxing as my exercise bike for my evening calorie burn. This floor exerciser fit the bill and then some! In my one picture, I tried pointing out the small bumps in the tread of the pedal (right side). I love the messaging effect this has as I pedal. Another unplanned benefit during our travels was the relief this exerciser provided for improving the circulation in my legs. Especially since I do most to all the driving due to how car sick I get when I'm in any passenger seat. My legs stiffened after a bit of driving. I was so happy to be able to use this exerciser to relieve this problem. Additionally, this exerciser traveled well in the rv and was convenient to use at rest stops and such. I've had this exerciser for several months and have used it not only while traveling but also as a exercise/circulation tool at home. Even after all these months I appreciate how smoothly and quietly this unit continues to operate. I do not like noisy exercise equipment. My unit came with a controller, exercise bands that attach to the unit's bottom, and black antislip material. The latter held the unit in place not only while using but also while traveling in the rv (not tethered down). This is a solid exerciser. I find in the months I've had it that it has more than paid for itself because of the relief it has provided me. One added perk is if you do not have electricity (like when camping and solar power trickled out) this machine can still be used no problem. I forgot to mention, it has forward and backward modes. This unit is an all around great buy.

Being electric and manuael has given me another chance at using an eliptical machine for additional exercise. I'm 81 yrs. old with MS and the straps they provide keep my feet on the foot plates. The electric mode keeps my feet moving, circulation going and I feel the muscles working in my hips, knee joints and it gives me a feeling of acomplishment for 15 minutes and I'm just starting! I'm glad I tried it. It's small, but mighty.
