I like the product and the Walnut finish on the wood. It is sturdy and also used the straps to keep it from falling over if an EQ for example. But given how heavy the box was that was placed in the lobby of my condo building versus following the instructions that are on the delivery label to leave at the door of my unit, it is great. First time i recall Amazon delivery, which was one day late (that's happened before and is okay), and the fact that for the first time I did not get a Delivery notification on Alexa or my email and photo of delivery at my unit front door, the delivery person was probably too embarrassed to take a photo and glad I checked tracking about 4 pm PST and saw that 'it is delivered'. Otherwise I would have never known! I had to 'drag' the heavy box to the elevator and to my unit. Too heavy to pick up. The one time Amazon delivery messed up was the most important time to deliver on the cart they use to my unit front door. Very, very disappointed in that regard. Amazon customers that order this product that might have to get from front door or lobby of their building to their unit should be prepared it is really heavy and awkward box to move.

I have several bottles of champagne that will not fit due to the narrow height between shelves. I should have left one of the levels out to accommodate. Additionally there were some dings and scratches right out of the box. Overall does the job and easy to assemble.

Relatively elegant appearing. Holds cabs. Larger bottles like Pinot noir fit but 100%. Easy to assemble. Would recommend!

It is a good and simple design. Fairly easy to put together. Maybe a little expensive for comparable products. The only quality issue is the safety belt to attach to the wall, which is of really poor design and quality (broke five seconds after installation). Will work if you don't have toddlers, or frequent earthquakes.

This was easy to set up and looks so nice. Holds a lot of some without taking up a lot of space. Lost one star because the safety strap is terrible quality. Ripped easily and I’ll have to get another strap to replace it. But overall still an amazing product.

I received and assembled this wine rack today. Assembly was fairly simple. It took me about 45 minutes. It would have taken longer if I had used the provided hex wrench. Instead, I used a hex head bit in a cordless drill which speeded up the process considerably. I opted to glue the dowels even though not called for by the directions. It was probably unnecessary but since they fit the holes somewhat loosely, I thought it worthwhile. All holes lined up perfectly - a sign of good quality control. They included a couple extra dowels and an extra screw which is nice. The finish (natural) was perfect and all pieces were cut and sanded perfectly. The assembled unit is very sturdy and solid. I don’t like the small nylon strap included for anchoring the unit to the wall. It would probably work ok but it isn’t nice looking and I think I can come up with something more unobtrusive and stronger. All in all this rack is very well made, solid and strong, and a very good value.
