I have had this treadmill for a few months now and it works exactly as described. The motor is quiet and runs very smoothly. The size of the product is large enough to comfortably do my walking exercises but compact enough to keep it in place, but if need by, it can easily be folded upright and moved around without much effort. This is exactly what I had been looking for, a simple treadmill without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that you find with other treadmills, no subscription needed, but there is an app for it if that is something you want, for me and my family we just wanted a treadmill that would work quietly. But don't underestimate this equipment, it will still count distance, calories heartbeat and the speed at which the treadmill is working. I find the top speed to be fast enough for fast walking or even running thou I only use it for fast walking for cardio. Setting it up was a breeze with just a couple of screws that need to be put in place with the provided wrench. I am satisfied with this purchase and find the value to be excellent for the amount invested in the equipment. Customer service will respond quickly if you have any questions. My overall experience with this equipment and seller is a positive one and would recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely happy with this small treadmill! It’s compact, quiet, and perfect for my home workouts. The assembly was quick and easy, and it fits perfectly in my limited space. The controls are simple to use, and it runs smoothly without any issues. What really impressed me was the customer service. The media could not be loaded. What we like is that the price was reasonable, easy to assemble, and the shipping was very fast. The size is okay, for reference my fiancé is 6’3 and the handles fall a little short but for someone like me, 5’7, it’s not that bad at all. The speed goes up to 8.7 mph and the sound isn’t too bad. It’s great for a small space since the belt isn’t too wide. Works well so far and it was easy to adjust the belt after it was put together. It’s only screwing some screws and it’s ready to use. The weight is manageable to lift and/or move around. I like the hydraulic feature to bring the machine down. Worth the price

Nice, well built unit; it's been in use here 2-3 hrs a week for almost a year now (I'm the heavier, at 185 lbs, and it supports my weight fine). Still looks and runs like new; and we’re really liking it. Note: I think for most good quality treadmills it's normal for the treadmill belt to move to the right or left over time to be a little close to either side wall of the unit (and possibly squeak or make a scrape noise to let one know when it does). When this happens it needs to be adjusted back into its center position (for our unit this was once every 2-3 mos). It was easy to assemble the unit itself; to adjust the belt (left or right): The instructions are just 'OK' (printed in pamphlet and on the unit itself) which makes it a little tricky to get it right the first time - until you get used to the process (knowing which way to turn (and which) of the two adjusting screws to move the belt left or right with the supplied Allen wrench) - so after you adjust it and before putting your wrench away just run it without anyone on it a minute or two to see if the belt drifts - if so tweak the adjustment slightly as required till it stays in place without drifting. Patience is a virtue ;) Have fun! We do.

I am a bit delayed in writing this review as I purchased this treadmill last summer, but I just wanted to say that this Umay treadmill is everything it promised to be. The shipping was very quick and the product directions for setup were very clear. This was very easy to set up and works well for my needs. In addition, the Umay team is very responsive and returns calls very quickly when you have questions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have an easy fold up treadmill to use.
