It’s a bit loud and I’d love for it to stay on longer than 60 min, but the multiple settings and heat in multiple locations are nice. I’m in a lot of virtual meetings and the massager is definitely too loud to keep on while unmuted.

I would purchase this product again. Although it is a little noisey it works really well. The heat does not take a long time to heat up and the massagers on this particular one really does rotate well. The headrest is perfect for the recliner my husband used after his cervical and spine surgery. He would not of been able to handle the strong rotater balls. ... show more

I was happy with purchase. Would have given 5 stars, but was unhappy with tag placement on the top of the seats cover. It’s a large white tag and I have a corner desk so chair faces out and the tag is so noticeable. I don’t like to remove tags especially with special handle instructions. If they could have just put it on the bottom so it could be folded under that would have been perfect. ... show more

I bought this for my father who is in his 70's for fathers day and it was a waste of money. I asked him why he keeps this away in his storage rather than out so he can use it and he mentioned that it was too painful. I tried it out for myself and although you would expect that it would relieve your muscles it instead is so bulbus that it crushes against your bones if you don't have enough weight on your body to cushion the blow. If you are under 200lbs don't bother with this product as it will be uncomfortable and you are wasting your money on a throw away! ... show more
