The App can be connected automatically. The design is simple and clean, with a strong sense of technology. It's easy to use and can be disassembled and cleaned easily. After a few days of use, there are no obvious design flaws or malfunctions. Moreover, it's much quieter than the previous litter box. It can sterilize and the entrance height is very low, which is perfect for my short-legged cat. There are very few cat litter boxes with such a low entrance on the market. Honestly, it's great for short-legged cats. The sensor is also very sensitive. The most important thing is that it can recognize the weight of both my cats and display their toilet data separately, which is very useful for reference and avoids confusion. It's so good to use! The most important thing is that it can weigh the cats. I don't have to worry about weighing them anymore.

I was really hoping this product would work for my cat, but unfortunately the smell was very strong and unpleasant upon opening the item. I tried it briefly just to see how it would perform, but I didn’t feel comfortable continuing to use it because I don’t want to risk my cat’s health. I did not allow my cat to use this product. What made the experience more frustrating was the return process. It was not straightforward, and I had difficulty getting clear instructions or timely help from customer service. Due to personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to handle it immediately, and by the time I tried to resolve it, it became even more complicated. Overall, I would not purchase this again. The product itself didn’t meet my expectations, and the lack of support during the return process made the experience worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been using this litter box for a while now and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. The self-cleaning function works reliably and it’s definitely reduced how often I need to scoop, which was the main reason I bought it. My cats adjusted to it without too much trouble, though one of them took a few days to feel comfortable. It runs fairly quietly and pauses if a cat gets near, which makes it feel safe enough to use. Smell control is better than a regular litter box, but it’s not completely odor-free — still needs regular bag changes. The app is okay. It’s useful for checking usage and knowing when it’s full, but not something I constantly open. Setup wasn’t difficult, just takes a bit of time to get everything right. It is quite large, so space can be an issue, and replacement bags add ongoing cost. Still, for multiple cats, it’s been convenient and saves time. Not perfect, but a solid upgrade from a traditional litter box.

I’ve had this up and running for about 24 hours. This is a bit bigger than I expected but it does fit in the area I have for it. The cats love it- and one of them just waits for it to start the cleaning cycle. It holds enough litter though I think I will ha w to refill more often. I don’t see any mess so far either with tracking or ish on the sides. The machine is also very quiet when it runs. I removed 1 star because it isn’t about to properly identify which cat is which. My cats do look similar though. I also wish the top of the box would come off for easier littler refills and cleaning.

I’ve been using this self-cleaning cat litter box for a while now, and it has honestly made my life so much easier. I love that it cleans itself automatically, so I don’t have to scoop every day, and the app control lets me check on it anytime, even when I’m not home. It runs quietly, feels very safe for my cats, and both of them got used to it quickly. After years of daily scooping for my two cats, this TYPro litter box has been life-changing. Completely hands-free and the app control is fantastic – I can monitor everything and start cleaning cycles remotely. ## What I Love The 15-minute delay gives cats time to exit, then it quietly cleans itself. No more dreading the daily scoop routine! Works great with my two cats – the waste drawer holds plenty and sensors detect when it needs emptying. Safety features work perfectly – cleaning stops immediately if a cat approaches. Setup took about 45 minutes and my cats adapted within days. The included mat, waste bags, and deodorizer are all quality accessories. Dark grey color looks sleek and hides dust well. ## Minor Notes It's larger than regular boxes, so measure first. Gentle humming during cleaning but quieter than a dishwasher. The app occasionally misreads my cats' weights, but this doesn't affect cleaning performance at all. ## Bottom Line Worth every penny for the time saved and improved quality of life. 100% recommend!!! It was easy to assemble and connect with the app. I love that it can tell the difference between my two cats when it tracks them. It’s quiet- my cats use it all night and I never hear it once. It was very easy to change the litter- with the app it let me know the bin was full and sure enough it was quick to change! I also want to say that their customer service team is A+++!! I was using it fine for a week when I had trouble connecting to the app. I was able to go back and forth via email with their team- they responded well within 24 hours, even over the weekend! And in the end I was able to get everything resolved with their help (it was a WiFi thing on my end, not the product itself). I would absolutely buy this all over again. I don’t have smell issues. Build quality is great- it’s sturdy, a bit heavy but definitely easy enough to move. Honestly, best money I’ve spent in a long time. And as I said, customer service was fantastic. I’m confident if I have any questions or concerns going forward they will be able to help.
