I have three cats in the house. This self-cleaning cat litter box has completely changed the way I take care of my cats. Cleaning the litter used to be a daily job, but now it’s totally hands-free. The automatic cleaning cycle works perfectly—no more scooping, no more smell, and no more litter tracking all over the place. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek enough that it doesn’t look out of place in my home. The waste compartment is easy to empty. It has APP control. I can check the cleaning schedule, see when my cats last used it, and even start a manual clean from my phone if needed. It’s also great for keeping track of litter usage and monitoring my cats’ health. It’s spacious enough. My biggest cat is 6.6kg and has no problem to use it. The noise level is low, so it doesn’t scare the cats. At first, they were a little curious and cautious, but within a few days they were using it like it had always been there.

I only had this litter box for two months and the silicon pad is already keep falling out. I loved their app and design, so I purchased one White color and one Dark Grey. Both litter box having exact same issue. Yes, I did make sure all 8 buckles are fastened to prevent the silicone pad from falling off. But it doesnt work that way after its been used two months.

It has completely taken the hassle out of daily scooping and has made my home feel cleaner and fresher. My cat took to it right away, and the transition was seamless. UPDATED: I CANNOT say ENOUGH about the Customer Service with HHOLOVE!. Determined I had a defective pad and sent a new one immediately. This litterbox is amazing. NO place for cats to get caught....WEIGHS them every time they enter....STOPS moving when they approach....HALF the size and cost of the BIG robot version (two of my friends own those), but my big 15 pound cats have plenty of room inside. The waste bin is in the back and has air freshener to keep aromas at bay.. ALSO sterilizes on demand or you can set the time you'd like. Auto is every 6 hours. It's also not bad to look at! I'll definitely be purchasing some of their other products! LOVE this bed EXCEPT the litter tray will not stay in place which makes it unreliable if I’m away and can’t correct it. The “clips” for the litter tray are nothing more than bumps the tray needs to stay UNDER to stay in place. Works a couple times then comes off and is a HUGE mess to clean. Tried contacting the company through the app but the pictures won’t upload. I wouldn’t trust this if I was leaving the cats overnight
