I had to put a 2x4x72 inches under each side of the frame so the mechanisms would clear. There was some parts that needed to be fixed but now the bed functions fine.     • Terrible customer service, remote stopped working in less than a month, seller won't resolve issue.

UPDATE: Within a month of receiving it, the remote stopped working. I emailed seller and manufacturer (as part of Amazon support link). I was told by manufacturer/seller that since I contacted Amazon in tandem I had to deal with them. Messaging from Amazon has been poor, I haven't received tracking number that new remote is on the way and keep being told that "they've asked team to send one and will send a tracking number". My elderly father needs the adjustable bed to work. Terrible, terrible service. Super disappointed. buy a different bed. Great value, easy to set up, love that you don't have to use the included "legs" and REALLY love the 45 minute massage timer. I bought this for my dad's bed and I'm jealous as my bed turns off at 30 minutes, just when you are about to fall asleep... I will upgrade to this one once mine gives out.
