    • Bed is great but customer service was a big long hassle.
This is an update to my first review. After a month and a half they have sent me the correct bed. One of the two bases arrive in a damaged box and 1 USB/USB-C port that is damaged. Other than that, the bed is very nice. I'm only giving 4 stars because it shouldn't have taken them 1 1/2 months to fix their mistake. ... show more

    • Nice Bed and Customers Service
The bed was really easy to put together and is very comfortable. The price point was also reasonable compared to more popular brands. One of the bases arrived damaged, but the seller offered a partial refund, which I am happy with.

    • This company is no good
So so disappointed. Never got half of my order. Will never ever order from visbear again. I could not leave a review without pushing at least 1 star. But trust me it is NOT worth the star. And you can NOT find a phone number for them at all

    • Ahhh, Finally a New Bed!
The bed arrived quickly in 2 different shipments, but I think that was FedEx and not the bed company. It was easily put together and fit nicely into our current bed frame. Its pretty comfortable. I would recommend it.

    • Spit king not a good option
Review Image by Arriyanna
The beds are nice because of the vibration, but having a split king is horrible for me and my partner because the middle split has one of us sinking in and kills our back and stops us from getting close to each other at night ! id recommend the queen or any other connecting sizes.
