Wife bought this bed for her mother to replace a standard mattress and box spring before her mother came home from a rehabilitation center. My wife (not mechanically inclined) and a legally blind resident at the retirement center put the bead together. My wife and mother-in-law said the bed is great and very happy with the purchase. So far so good. The mattress is pretty firm. Easy to assembly. I would have given a five but who ever the third party was did not offer service when contacted. They said they’d get back to me but never did.
