The bed was really easy to put together and is very comfortable. The price point was also reasonable compared to more popular brands. One of the bases arrived damaged, but the seller offered a partial refund, which I am happy with.

I've gone rounds with the seller and the seller will not work with me but this bed has never worked from the beginning. I am disabled and bought it for the voice control feature and it has never worked. We have tried everything from Smart apps to having numerous people look at it and it still does not work. The seller will not replace the voice cartridge so this has been a waste of time and money. I will have to sell it to a private party for less. Buy or beware ... show more

This is an update to my first review. After a month and a half they have sent me the correct bed. One of the two bases arrive in a damaged box and 1 USB/USB-C port that is damaged. So initially I was upset at how my order was not completed beforehand, but after receiving all parts and customer service getting back to us right away found out it was Fed-ex who screws up But we have our complete bed we love our bed it’s comfortable easy to setup and a great price for the comfort you get. The beds are nice because of the vibration, but having a split king is horrible for me and my partner because the middle split has one of us sinking in and kills our back and stops us from getting close to each other at night ! id recommend the queen or any other connecting sizes.
