I've gone rounds with the seller and the seller will not work with me but this bed has never worked from the beginning. I am disabled and bought it for the voice control feature and it has never worked. We have tried everything from Smart apps to having numerous people look at it and it still does not work. The seller will not replace the voice cartridge so this has been a waste of time and money. I will have to sell it to a private party for less. Buy or beware ... show more
