The media could not be loaded. Greetings fellow Amazonians! I'm reviewing the product is the Twin XL Size Adjustable, Electronic Bed Metal Bedframe sold by SHA CERLIN purchased in early February of 2024. A bit of a background about me (as my background may align with yours): I'm an American, and I buy based on VALUE (i.e. good quality and functionality with a competitive price). With food costs having gone up 20-30%, I'm sure many fellow Americans understand where I am coming from (not to mention how exorbitant gas costs have gone up as well). I've used the Twin XL Size Adjustable Bedframe by SHA CERLIN for about a month now, and found it to FIT ALL MY NEEDS. It was easy to assembly (aside from the misaligned pre-drilled holes snafu), came with all the tools you need (although I would suggest a power screw to make the process much faster). The instructions were clear, and I was done in about an hour. As for every day use, it is great. There was not a time that the motor has stopped or froze which was one of my biggest concerns. The frame has never collapsed backwards when it was in an upright position, which was another concern of mine. It feels very sturdy, and I weight about 200 lbs. Overall, I WOULD PURCHASE THIS FRAME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. Here is my update with the issue of misaligned holes: After emailing the seller, SHA CERLIN, via Amazon, I was surprised when they responded to my email quickly (and on a weekend as well!). SHA CERLIN apologized for the mishap, and instead of offering to send me new boards with the drilled holes in the correct places, SHA CERLI offered me a partial refund of $80 for the twin size bed. I'm fairly handy (when I want to be), so I accepted their offer. Once I accepted, they promptly refunded me via Amazon, and I was very satisfied with the refund. I filled up the holes, waited for it to dry and re-drilled and sanded the holes. It did take a full day's work, but I was very happy with the outcome. Here is my first review of this product: I found that after assembling for about an hour, I discovered two of the wooden planks (M and N) have pre-drilled screw holes that do not match up with the position of the holes in the frame. Furthermore, I found that I can not simply drill new holes, because the current, drilled and misaligned holes overlie where the new holes would need to be! I would I'm very disappointed and can not recommend this bed, because customers can not set it up with the way it current is!

Have used it under 2 mattresses now. The first was extra firm, had to get a softer one. This base works great for both. I enjoy setting up to watch TV or raising the head slightly for low back pain.

This would be a LOT easier to assemble if the instructions were better. The instructions really made me want to throw the entire thing away. The holes BARELY lined up in some places, but with a little elbow grease, I was able to get the screws where they were supposed to be. I put this together completely by myself (I'm 5'1 if that helps), it took me about 2 hours because I had to watch then rewind and pause the video, then read the instructions and rewind and watch the video again, plus I was moving slow because I didn't want to make a mistake. Luckily, everything is labeled correctly - which was awesome!!! It really was the instructions that makes this a headache, and in the end, you see that it really wasn't hard to put together. Ikea instructions are 20x better than this. The video is so annoying-it has no sound. Which, I know if you're reading this, you'll think "so what, no biggie"... I know, I thought the same thing too until I had to put this together!!! It's the most insane thing. I think if you are used to putting things together, and you put things together all the time, you won't have issues... but ME... I'm going to need clear instructions. ANYWHO... I finally got it put together; it works fine. I have no issues so far - however, I just put it together last night so ... take that with a grain of salt. Also, I read one of the comments about how it moves slow, and I thought the same thing. It does kind of move slow, but I think I would rather it move a bit slow than too fast when I'm half asleep and just want to rise up a little. Can you imagine this thing moving super-fast when you're half asleep! LOL!! I think the speed is fine for me- a tad slow but it's not really an issue. If this ever breaks down, I'm definitely buying one that's already assembled because this was a headache to put together only because - and I can't stress this enough- THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
