However., it is best to have two people because you have to flip the base over I believe twice and it is heavy. Use both the written instructions and the video to put the base together. My base was put together in an hour and 20 minutes. And it’s a very nice piece of work. The motion base is smooth and noiseless and very, very comfortable. This frame is AMAZING! I wish I found it sooner. I have neck problems and it’s hard to lay flat and watch tv, etc- there’s a single button zero gravity option I love. It was super easy to assemble with very clear and simple directions- took me about an hour. I can’t believe it was so inexpensive!

    • Arrows must point at each other
Took me 3 hours to assemble, one hour of that spent backtracking because in a very early step I didn’t have two of the arrows directly pointing directly at each other. The head would not lift as a result, and some reviews said ‘bad motor’. That’s not the case - had to undo and redo several steps. Then it worked and lifted perfectly. The video is helpful but moves too fast, so your pausing and rewinding a lot makes it easy to miss a step. ... show more

The bed arrived and I thought it would take forever to put together. To my surprise even though the instructions are somewhat lacking in some areas I found that the assembly went very quickly. I had no issues pairing the remote to the bed and so far no issues with the motor, as some have indicated issues with motors. It seems very sturdy and well constructed. I purchased the adjustable bed frame in Nov. 2023 and it is now Mar 2024, less than 4 months. The frame is now stuck in the up position and I cannot find a phone number for the seller just an email address. / Update - I was able to solve the problem by unplugging power from the black box under the bed, this reset the system and the bed is working fine. What goes up must come down, well this adjustable bed frame does not go down. The motor does raise the head and foot, but pushing the down button, NOTHING. If you want to stay in a sitting position all the time, then this is for you, but paying full price for up and down and only getting up, NO

It was delivered earlier than anticipated. Its heavy so be prepared. Opened the box and everything was so well packed. All parts were labeled. It took me and my 80 year old dad 2.5 hours to put it together. I read the instructions (which were so simple step by step) and he watched the video on YouTube. That worked perfect as we both learn and retain differently. This is a great product for the price. Make some space when putting it together and at one or two moments you will need an extra set of muscles to flip it and place it. ... show more

I weigh 220#, 5' 10". Very comfortable, controls simple, easy to understand. Seller very responsive to requests. I feel this is a good value for a power bed. No problems with the bed. Note there are many parts for assembly and you'll need a second person to help. There is quite a bit of storage space under the bed, just avoid the mechanical parts at the center of bed.
