the item arrived almost fully assembled which was cool I was able to unbox it and set it up myself which was pretty simple but I am a 44 year old guy so ymmv, anyways this thing is very solid and sturdy, I have an 8 year old memory foam mattress and topper, they work great with the base the mattress never slides it moves, the massage functions are also great but can create some noise just be aware of that, but it's not to loud but feels great, the increments of movement is also great, if I feel I need just a little lift of my head it's easily done and since I've gotten it my sleep quality has gotten much better this was the best $400 one could spend on a great night's sleep, now it's time for a new mattress lol

I bought this bed frame for the high weight limit and to sleep propped up slightly without a bunch of pillows. I’ve had it for around 2 months now. I’m around 360 and my SO is around 270 and it holds both of us without issue. Haven’t heard any squeaking or anything, it feels really sturdy. It was also very easy to put together. Just needed some help flipping it right side up as it is pretty heavy. The light under the bed is great, it’s came in handy many times and is actually pretty bright.

Great Bed Frame! I have ordered adjustable beds in the past and in this price range. This design is superior to a previous bed frame I had that kept breaking. This design uses a linear actuator with a roller on the end to lift the bed sections. I expect that this will last much longer and if it should ever fail, it could be easily repaired. The bed has a Sync mode that allows both sides to operate with one remote and move together. Why would you want this vs a regular King bed frame? Well you have two linear actuators doing the work. Even if you aren't going to get a split mattress, use this frame. I think it would be stronger. I used the split mattresses and got 12" medium soft memory foam. I suspect really thick mattresses will have difficulty conforming to the bends. Even with the 12" think mattress, if you aren't in the bed it will "float up" and not bend, which is understandable. When you are in the bed it bends find and works well. Features: - Underlighting - The underlighting is bright and functional to light up the floor when you get out of bed. - Remote control - The remote feels a little "light weight" so I ordered a couple extra (available on Amazon) to ensure I could use this bed for years to come. - USB ports - These are available and under the bed. I have ports in my night stand that are more accessible, but these would be handy for anyone that doesn't. I'm sure that they function well. - Massage - There are three levels for head and three for feet. The massage feature was not my main reason for buying this, but it should have been! I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. When the head and legs are raised and the massage is on, this bed really feels amazing. The vibrations are about as strong as you can make them without being a noise nuisance to others in the house. It really does help after a long day. - Memory presets - In addition to "TV", "Zero G" and "Flat" buttons, there are memory buttons that are programmable for you favorite positions. - Zero G position - There is a single Zero G button that will raise the head and feet. For me it was almost perfectly where I would like it. My perfect position was a slightly lower head, but I can program that as a memory preset. Assembly was VERY easy. Remove it from the box, screw the legs on and connect the power plug, That is all. And the legs are sectioned so you can make the bed different heights which is a nice touch. I didn't try to take the leg pieces apart since I wanted the height for under storage, but they seemed REALLY tightly put together. I think it might take a bit of force to get them apart.

Me and my husband purchased this to hopefully help with back pain and hip pain. When it arrived, we were so skeptical because we thought we only received half of the adjustable base in one extremely large box. The entire queen size adjustable base was in one box. We were both worried that it would take hours to put together, but in fact, after taking it out of the box and adding the legs, it took less than 30 minutes. We tested everything out before we put our mattress on and everything exceeded our expectations. The massage modes are so incredible and so much more powerful than what we actually thought. It is extremely comfortable and we both got the best sleep of our life last night. If you are looking for an adjustable base without paying $7000 this is the one. It comes with so many incredible features along with charging ports on both sides and it is extremely sturdy, easy to put together. We cannot recommend this product enough. We ordered it and within two days it was delivered, we were shocked. If you were looking for something that will not only elevate your sleep, but also make you feel refreshed and help relieve pain. This is it!!!!!!

The base arrived without the mattress retainer brackets installed. TAMISERVICE responded promptly to my complaint and I had the parts within 5 days! Great service! When I first operated the base some of the functions didn't operate fully and I could hear clicking noises coming from the controller. I unplugged the actuator cables from the controller and plugged them back in. This apparently reset some soft limits in the controller. Everything works smooth and quiet now! I didn't contact customer service; I'm an engineer and was able to resolve the issue without help. It might have just been loose connectors. Most others would probably be frustrated. Plus, I'm not sure how well the corrective action would translate from Chinese?! This is the first time I've used and adjustable base. I have the T600 in the Twin XL size, with the massage function. In the flat position the massage can cause a little rattling noise. If you add a little lift to the head and foot, this takes up the free play in the lift mechanisms and stops the rattling noise. Not a big deal! Also, I have a 14-inch thick mattress. Raising and lowering the head (with or without the feet) tends to shift my body toward the foot of the bed. This is probably a function of mattress thickness and not a design issue. A thinner mattress would be less likely to do this. Overall I've been very pleased with this purchase! The build quality looks very sturdy. The operation is very quiet and smooth. The remote is backlit, which is a must! The massage has several modes to try and you can set a timer.
