I have had the Split King bed for three or four months now. It was relatively easy to assemble on my own. However, the bed is fairly heavy, so it would certainly help to have two people for certain parts. As you might have guessed, this thing is solidly built with plenty of metal. I think it would stand up to quite a beating. The bed raises and lowers at a moderate rate and does it pretty quietly. Buttons on the remotes are clearly labeled, but I could see someone with poor eyesight having some trouble with it, as it's not dissimilar from a regular TV remote. Shortly after receiving the unit, one side of the bed stopped going up. I emailed the company who responded within the day. Without knowing what exactly the problem was, they sent a few different replacement parts at no charge. I swapped out the control unit under the bed and was back in business in about three minutes. The swap was easy to do and was essentially just the same steps as the initial setup, namely plugging in a few cables. Since then, the bed has worked great and I've had no further problems. This bed is a great value. Customer service was superb. Recommend.

We have been sleeping on this for over a year now. I sort of think a Review is something you do After you actually USE a product vs. something you write when you have just opened it upon delivery. With that said, this has been an outstanding bed frame. We teamed it with two Ottomanson 9" Hybrid Twin Mattress - Rock Hard Feel - Made in USA - Individually Pocketed Coils, and we could not be happier. We selected this bed frame because it has Plywood backing vs the open pipe design. Teamed with the mattresses it makes for a ROCK HARD and solid bed combo. There was some partial assembly needed but nothing too technical. Remotes worked out of the box and we were able to transition between reclined seating to bed mode easily. The presets and Memory functions are very nice to have as well. All-in-All, a great product, and has been durable and comfortable for over a year. Would recommend and buy again.

Just installed and used the first night, really helps for sinus/snoring issues! Good value and 5 year warranty. It was also easy to set up, although easier with 2 people.

Been using this since the end of May. It's exactly what I wanted. Pros: Moves as expected. Massage for head and feet 3 different massage patterns 3 different times for the massage 10, 15, 30 min. 2 preset and 2 custom memory positions Manuel is clear on how to assemble. And how to use custom memory buttons Pouch on the side to hold remote Cons: The bed sometimes needs unplugged and replugged back in. It just kinda stops. But a reset seems to fix it. There is a trouble shooting section in the manual. Neutral but odd The feet and head massage stop at different times, with in 30 seconds of each other. Haven't play with it to see if there's a bigger gap if they are turned on a long time apart. Overall no regrets! Happy to have this back in my life and for the price I knew it wouldn't be perfect .

First Impressions: The frame arrived quickly (shipped from California to AZ via FedEx). It feels like solid quality - sturdy metal legs, smooth and fairly quiet motors. The massage feature is strong and, therefore, loud - but I didn't purchase for that feature, so not a drawback for me. The fame is very heavy (about 122 lbs), so it’s best with two people for setup, but assembly was simple. Overall, very pleased so far! Feel I got great value for my money. Will update after more use.
