We purchased this adjustable bed frame for our guest bedroom, and we've been really impressed with it! It was easy to set up, fits perfectly inside our existing queen bed frame, and is a great height once everything is assembled. The adjustable features work smoothly, and the wireless remote is simple to use. Being able to raise the head or feet makes it so much more comfortable for reading, watching TV, or just relaxing in bed. It also has a massage feature, which is a nice bonus. I would describe it as fairly gentle rather than intense, but it's still a relaxing feature to have available. Overall, this has been a fantastic addition to our guest room. It feels well-made, functions exactly as expected, and gives our guests a much more comfortable place to stay. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for an adjustable bed base at a great value.

I recently decided to replace my old innerspring mattress and box springs with an adjustable bed, and I really had to start at ground zero. I did a whole lot of research and tried different beds and frames locally. I liked the Best Choice Products Ergonomic Queen Size Adjustable Bed Frame, Electric Base w/Wireless Remote since it had good positive reviews, and seemed to be very solid. I didn't realize how solid until a friend and I tried moving it upstairs... 137 lbs in the box! We opened up the box on the ground floor, took out the well-packaged leg supports and extras, and hauled it upstairs. Be safe and careful! We took my existing Craftsman-style wood frame apart first; it gave us more room to assemble the frame parts. What was fantastic about the design is that essentially everything is prebuilt. All you do is attach the legs to the frame, plug in the transformer box and you are good to go! I was very relieved to find that the adjustable frame fit perfectly in a queen wood frame built over 25 years ago. It's great that they sized the frame so perfectly to fit. Pairing the remote was simple; once the adapter is powered on, there is a small reset button on the cord to press and then on the remote; it paired the first time and ran great! I like that it is so quiet too; moving the head and leg sections is smooth and quick. I'm still on the fence about the massage options though they are nice to have. I haven't tried the frame lights for night time since I'm pretty much falling asleep right away so far! With my mattress choice, I'm getting great sleep so far on this frame. I obviously can't speak to long-time use, but I like how sturdy and well-designed the frame is made. It's clear that they've done this before, and made all the connections and motors placed in safe and functional areas. Just be careful; Its a heavy package. Because it is fully assembled (just folded in half for shipping) do not try to do this yourself. Get someone to help and it's a quick 30 minute job to setup. Sorry I don't have pics; I got excited to put the mattress in place!

This a a great product. It was easy to set up and get started. The remote control has multiple settings. Makes it easy to find your individual comfort settings. The light around the bottom makes getting up at night easy My husband had neck surgery and had spent weeks sleeping in the recliner. This enabled him to sleep in much more comfortably. It also allowed him for the first time in years to sleep without his c-pap with no snoring. We looked at other products that cost much more with less options

Overall for the cost, in comparison to the ones at the store I would say it's not a bad buy. The USB port is only on one side and in my room, that side happens to be against the wall so I cannot use them. The under-bed lighting is nice. I wish there were 2 remotes but sadly there is only one, With no way of replacing it. If your remote breaks or something happens to it, your bed is junk. I looked up the brand and contacted the company to inquire about the warranty and I was told that it is a wholesale item, There is no factory warranty. The company offers only a 30 day warranty, But you have to pay to ship it back to them, Wait for them to assess it and conclude that it was Not your fault the item wasn't working. So keep that in mind- Amazon offers no extended warranty option on this item. The vibrating option is nice but rather noisy, And automatically shuts off after 10 to 20 minutes. When reclined in any position, the feet massagers become obsolete. I chose to go with this bed because I thought the base was a lot thicker Then a half inch sheet of plywood, However that is not the case. That thickness is created by fabric covered foam. The box is big and very awkward to carry. Even when you open the box the bed frame is folded in half with the legs being on the inside, There is nowhere to grab. Keep this in mind if you have to put the bed anywhere other than the first floor... It will need multiple men to assist! If I could have gotten the box into my car then I may have returned it, However there was no way that was happening. I had to leave mine sitting outside in the box for several days until I could find people to come help me bring it up my stairs. Assembly was very easy! I would purchase it again, I do like it.

Very satisfied with our split king adjustable bed frame. Appears to be very well built and was half the cost of other frames we shopped. My wife uses the zero gravity position often. I prefer sleeping in a flat position with my head slightly elevated. It also fit in our existing bed frame, so we were able to use our existing head and footboard, which is part of our bedroom furniture. I do have a couple of recommendations. The remotes are difficult to operate at night. The buttons are illuminated only after a button is pushed. The buttons do not stay illuminated long enough, and the writing on the buttons is too small for people with less than perfect vision. The support leg height is also not adjustable. This was not an issue for us, but may be for some. Repair parts when needed, may also be a problem to obtain. All things considered, I am very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend.

Excellent product. Works perfectly with my tempur pedic mattress. Easy assembly but is heavy if needing to lift to place inside an existing bed frame. I have a headboard/railing and footboard and it fits inside with no problem! Highly recommend this product! Such great quality & price!

I ordered this adjustable bed frame from this company just short of three months ago. The price was right and the bed frame is very sturdy. However, a couple of nights ago, the power cord started to "short out", and then go completely out. The remote still worked, but we were not getting any power through the cord. I emailed the company thinking that I was well within my warranty time as I had only just purchased the bed a few months ago. I received a reply from the company, almost immediately, to be told that they are sorry, as the warranty was up after 60 days and there is simply nothing they can do. They also stated that I should have purchased a third party warranty. I was floored by this response. I quickly checked the product page to find the warranty info, and found other people running into this problem as well. I just never imagined that there would not be a 1 or 2 year warranty on an item like this. I replied back to the email to express my dismay and frustration, to which there has been no reply. They did, however, send me an email to rate the first email they sent. Clearly they do not care. My husband was able to replace the cord and it is working for now. I will probably have to purchase another power cord to replace the old one, which is $100 on Amazon, soon. I gave the product 3 stars, as it is a sturdy bed frame and looks very nice, but for the warranty issue and the poor customer care, I take off the other two. I don't think its a bad product, but the customer service and 60 day warranty is ridiculous. All this to say, PURCHASE THE THIRD PARTY WARRANTY! Update: The seller sent another message to me repeating their policy and how their hands are tied. This made me do another dive into searching for their warranty info on the product page, only to find that they simple do not have any said info. There is an option to click the link to find out more about the warranty and you are sent to a blank page. Nothing is said about the 60 day warranty up front. This is so deceiving and conniving. To not have this information available to the customer so they may make an informed and good decision on purchasing a large ticket item is unfair, dishonest and seedy. I am taking off more stars because of this awful practice.
