I love this bed and I can't say it enough! The price is a great price, it works great and I've had this for well over 60 days now! I had one issue with the remote becoming unpaired from the bed after a power outage so I couldn't get it to work, but I spoke with their support and they told me how to fix it quickly and it works good as new again. Great support (despite what some say...thank you Randulf for the help btw!) and a great product. Wasn't very difficult to assemble, feels nice and sturdy and not cheap, and the mattress doesn't just slip off because of the antislip on the frame and the metal bar to hold your mattress in place. Works great with my hybrid mattress. Beats spending thousands on overly expensive frames! Save the money and get this beauty because my girl with back issues and myself as well both love it!

I was nervous about ordering this online with no returns and reading a few bad reviews, but we are thrilled with this bed frame. It is heavy to get to the second floor, but easy to put together. It says 30 minutes but definitely allow more time to get it unpacked and put together (about an hour for us). It seems very sturdy. The remote was already programmed to the frame. My son said his bed is more comfortable now than it was on a traditional box spring.

I’ve had the frame for over a year and have had no issues with it. I have a queen and had a frame and headboard that I wanted to keep because it matches my furniture and this one fit perfectly inside the other frame. Whenever I travel, I’m always glad to come back to my bed. I use all the functions and will say the massage function on the strongest setting could be more powerful through a foam mattress but it does the job. It helps me sleep and was affordable.

I would of given it a 5 but the high speed massage sounds like it is hitting something or might break. I didnt buy it for that otherwise I would of been very unhappy. I have another motion base I bought for our summer home that I paid twice as much & doesnt have the lights, ports, flashlight remote so comparing it to that one this is really a great deal. Operates about the same, they are both split kings and quiet operation with the exception of the loud massage mode when its on high. Not sure if there is a solution to that or not. It was easy to put together too.

Shopped forever. Went to mattress stores. Searched online. Deals where all "too good to be true" bundles that ended up costing 2 to 3 times what this and a decent mattress would cost. The reviews on this were good. I didn't need the bells and whistles. Just needed it to work right - at a good price. But - it DID come with some bells and whistles. USB ports (I'm using), massage (I don't use), light underneath (use sometimes). Install was pretty simple. It's HEAVY though and getting the box in was a little trick. Screw on the legs, plug in the junk, flip it over and good to go. Remote is pretty good. Pros: Remote lights up when you hit a button. Which, when you're inclined, becomes handier than expected since it's a dark room. Supports fat-butts like me. Feels sturdy and "feels" like it will last for a long time. Light underneath comes in handy for the dark room issues. Cons - (Not really with this product - just with an adjustable bed) Once you are inclined, it's not really easy to jump out and turn off lights. I got some smartbulbs to solve that. No controls on the bed. Which makes the remote VERY important. If you knock the remote off the bed or night-stand - good luck. All in all I saved a BUUNNCCHH of money buying this and a decent mattress. So far - ZERO buyers regret. Could I have gotten something with more bells and whistles? Sure. Would I actually use them or need them - no. High five.

I ordered this adjustable bed frame from this company just short of three months ago. The price was right and the bed frame is very sturdy. However, a couple of nights ago, the power cord started to "short out", and then go completely out. The remote still worked, but we were not getting any power through the cord. I emailed the company thinking that I was well within my warranty time as I had only just purchased the bed a few months ago. I received a reply from the company, almost immediately, to be told that they are sorry, as the warranty was up after 60 days and there is simply nothing they can do. They also stated that I should have purchased a third party warranty. I was floored by this response. I quickly checked the product page to find the warranty info, and found other people running into this problem as well. I just never imagined that there would not be a 1 or 2 year warranty on an item like this. I replied back to the email to express my dismay and frustration, to which there has been no reply. They did, however, send me an email to rate the first email they sent. Clearly they do not care. My husband was able to replace the cord and it is working for now. I will probably have to purchase another power cord to replace the old one, which is $100 on Amazon, soon. I gave the product 3 stars, as it is a sturdy bed frame and looks very nice, but for the warranty issue and the poor customer care, I take off the other two. I don't think its a bad product, but the customer service and 60 day warranty is ridiculous. All this to say, PURCHASE THE THIRD PARTY WARRANTY! Update: The seller sent another message to me repeating their policy and how their hands are tied. This made me do another dive into searching for their warranty info on the product page, only to find that they simple do not have any said info. There is an option to click the link to find out more about the warranty and you are sent to a blank page. Nothing is said about the 60 day warranty up front. This is so deceiving and conniving. To not have this information available to the customer so they may make an informed and good decision on purchasing a large ticket item is unfair, dishonest and seedy. I am taking off more stars because of this awful practice.
