I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now. I really like it! I bought it for reading and watching TV and it works great! I was surprised about the massage features though. At the time I purchased, I wondered how it could massage through the mattress? Well, the motors have a few settings low, medium, and high for both the head and foot motors. I’ve only really used low and medium and it vibrates the whole bed pretty well. It’s not like a kneeding massage, but more like a vibe plate. A vibe plate is supposed to be good for you so I’m happy with it. It comes pretty much all assembled. It’s only the legs that need to be screwed in. It’s very heavy though which surprised me, over 100 lbs. FedEx dropped it in my driveway and I needed another person to help me carry it in the house. The only other bad thing was that the bags of desiccant that they put in it broke. So that made a mess and most of my time installing it was vacuuming out the desiccant. They really need to fix that, but otherwise it has worked perfectly out of the box and it feels like good quality construction. ... show more

Delivery was on time. Very easy to assemble, just had to unfold the bed, screw in the legs, flip it back over, put in the Mattress bar (goes on the foot end to keep mattress from sliding out) . Place our new 12 in mattress on the bed; try out the remote 😆 The remote was preprogrammed. The massage has three different levels. Everything works as described. I would have taken pictures, but there were plenty in the other reviews. We are obese and are still under the weight limit. Great bed frame, great price…beyond what I expected. ... show more

Overall for the cost, in comparison to the ones at the store I would say it's not a bad buy. The USB port is only on one side and in my room, that side happens to be against the wall so I cannot use them. The under-bed lighting is nice. I wish there were 2 remotes but sadly there is only one, With no way of replacing it. If your remote breaks or something happens to it, your bed is junk. I looked up the brand and contacted the company to inquire about the warranty and I was told that it is a wholesale item, There is no factory warranty. The company offers only a 30 day warranty, But you have to pay to ship it back to them, Wait for them to assess it and conclude that it was Not your fault the item wasn't working. So keep that in mind- Amazon offers no extended warranty option on this item. The vibrating option is nice but rather noisy, And automatically shuts off after 10 to 20 minutes. When reclined in any position, the feet massagers become obsolete. I chose to go with this bed because I thought the base was a lot thicker Then a half inch sheet of plywood, However that is not the case. That thickness is created by fabric covered foam. The box is big and very awkward to carry. Even when you open the box the bed frame is folded in half with the legs being on the inside, There is nowhere to grab. Keep this in mind if you have to put the bed anywhere other than the first floor... It will need multiple men to assist! If I could have gotten the box into my car then I may have returned it, However there was no way that was happening. I had to leave mine sitting outside in the box for several days until I could find people to come help me bring it up my stairs. Assembly was very easy! Cheaper than buying from bed store . Quality is superb. Heavy sturdy easy to assemble simply screw in legs, insert plug in outlet. Love the underneath lighting for late night bathroom run, built in phone charger ease of bed operation. Light up remote w built in flashlight can't go wrong for $535.00 shipping was free ! Had the store where I purchased my mattress order several an friend who came over to see mine also ordered. All arrived on time within 3 days ! Love love love it ... show more

    • Easy Assembly and Great Controls

I purchased the split king set and am very happy I went with this product. The build quality appears to be great, everything worked out of the box and they clearly put some thought into all of the features. In was really impressed that they thought to put the remote link button on the power cord instead of just on the controller. Setup consisted of cutting the tape on the box, lifting it out, and then opening the accessory boxes for the legs, power supply and remote. The footer bar was secured to the underside with twist ties (thank you for not using zips!). Assembly was as easy as screwing the legs in, attaching the power supply, flipping it over, inserting the footer bar and plugging it in. Just about anyone could do it with some help in the flip. The base seems extremely sturdy, if you're a bigger person I wouldn't worry in the slightest about getting these. The massage was about on par with others we've had and has 3 intensity options with independent head and foot controls. The preprogrammed adjustments are great, I was surprised at how high the head could go, it's about 5 degrees from being able to go straight up. The lighting and little flashlight on the remote are a really nice touch. Assuming the electronics hold up I'll consider this to be one of the best values I've gotten in awhile. I'm always a bit skeptical of really glowing reviews, so I was a little nervous about getting difficult to return items online, but these live up to the hype. Oh and my robot vacuum can easily get under the bed! ... show more
