Bed arrived promptly in secure box. It is quite heavy. I put it on a small dolly and was able to move it from front door to bedroom. Best to use two people to put legs on and adjust it to open flat position. This is a late review so I have had time to use the bed frame. Elevating the head and the feet really helps with acid reflux and sleep apnea. I would recommend this frame because the motor is very quiet and it’s easy to put it back into regular flat position with the push of a button on the remote. I also like the light underneath which you can turn on and off with remote as well. Very sturdy and secure. Only wish I bought one way sooner.

After 2 weeks of using the bed, it goes down by itself when you are sleeping and that definitely jumpstarts your heart. Now it is frozen and won’t go up or down. Their warranty is 30 days which speaks to the value they put into the bed. It wasn’t unboxed for months due to a delayed remodel. Don’t buy the product. A two week life is ridiculous.

The media could not be loaded. It works, i was able to set it up alone, 2 people is recommended, by the company AND myself. I live alone and am partially disabled, so it wasn't fun, but totally doable. Product does everything it says it does, frame is somewhat flimsy, and the instructions mention moisture multiple times, also outlines misuse that has undoubtably caused so many people to return or at least attempt to return damaged bed frame from spilling liquid, sitting on bed ends while its in a position other than flat that they had to revise the instructions. "Massage" option is noisier than it is noticeable physically. I used an older high end memory foam mattress on this frame, and it absorbs any vibration attempts this frame made. Overall it's an acceptable product, im buying a nicer one for myself, but this will do in my guest bedroom. If it was less of a hassle, i would have returned this, remember you get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive solution for sitting up in bed, snoring adjustment, elevating legs and head above heart type thing, but if i were to "test drive" this bed with a partner, it would not hold up, first time, i can guarantee you, I would've broken it (and her) immediately. If you plan on doing anything other than sleeping on this thing i would spend the extra money and get a higher quality frame. If you just need an inexpensive solution to propping your head/feet up, and are bummed that pillows don't plug into the wall, this will fix that.
