On the first night I noticed a huge difference in my quality of sleep I suffered for many years with acid reflux. Treatments from medication and occasional a procedure where they put you under anesthesia expand your esophagus . Thankfully I have purchased this quality adjustable bed with a firmer mattress that is also supporting my back to help with back pain. I feel it more of a medical device more than an ordinary bed and mattress. If you are on the fence like I was for some time I strongly urge you to get this bed. It has been a life changer for myself.

Excellent product. More reasonably priced than others for a split king set, with all the bells and whistles. We even had a technical problem syncing each side, and customer service answered next day on a Sunday. A minor reset of remotes solved problem. One caveat; this set up is rather heavy. We opted to install ourselves, with help from a few grandchildren, up stairs in a trilevel. We would not have been able to do it alone. Set up was quite simple, and the hybrid 14inch mattresses expanded quite nicely over night. We slept on them after @ 30 hours.

I’m really loving having this bed. We kept our king mattress on top and have the two separate bases underneath in case we change your mind. We can switch later to two twin XL mattresses. All you have to do is disconnect the telephone line between them and the remotes will work independently. We also use some AMEX points, which brought the price down a lot. The customer service was great. The delivery driver did not schedule ahead of time, but I got a text notification that it would be coming so it all worked out. It is very heavy and you will need at least two strong people to put it in place inside your bed frame Are fine and we accepted it in the bedroom, but we had to use our furniture mover to get it in here I like that I have the option to switch later. I had been doing my research for a while and had read numerous reviews about brands. This one consistently has good reviews and overall very good communication.

Purchased a Split King Sven and Son Platinum Base. When it arrived the boxes were a lot bigger then I expected as the videos on the Sven and Son site show the Split Kings coming in a square box, and you unfold them to make them full Twin XL size. While I was prepaired for the square box, I was not prepaired for these full size Twin XL sized boxes. Because of this I had to get help to get them in and put in. While delivery will be different for each person I should note that I had to take the day off from work as I was given a delivery time between 9 am and 4 pm. So be prepaired for having a wide delivery time. They have seemed to tweak the layout of the bases, as the USB ports for charging are not on the sides of the bed but on the bottom, making them hard to get to and use. If you are going to plug something in you are going to want to keep it plugged in as its hard to get to it to keep plugging and unplugging it. Zero complaints about the movements of this bed Its a dream in this aspect and is worth every penny. The app however is a different story. My wife LOVES to lose remotes so one of the big reasons I chose this base is because it offers Bluetooth Control via a Sven&Son app. Not sure if it is the app or the base which is the issue, but many times one of the bases is not shown in the app. (And wouldn't you know its usually my wifes side) We have iPhone 14 Pro Max phones so it should work fine. Hours later then the missing base is again shown in the app. Just a pain when you want to move the bed and can't control it. But lesson for the wife here is STOP LOSING YOUR REMOTE! Not mentioned in the manual but each base requires 2 9 Volt batteries. When you put the batteries in the USB plugs light up. I am not sure if these batteries are for the USB, or if its a power failure backup, so that if the power goes out in zero g you can lower yourself to flat without power. The massage feature isnt really a massage, more like a vibrate feature. But with that said it is relaxing. To me it reminds me of being on a cruise ship with the feel of the ship moving just like you are sleeping on a ship. No you won't get sea sick... hard to explain but if you ever slept on a cruise ship you would better understand the feeling. For those wondering what kind of mattress we used with these bases we went with the Air-Pedic 850 which is like a Sleep Number bed but offers a few more features for less money. We are happy with them and in using them with this base. Other then the issues with the box being full Twin XL sized and not being holding in half like shown in the videos, and the issues with the app, we like the bases, they are very heavy duty. They also fit in my king size frame / headboard fine as well.

Quite simply one of the best purchases we have ever made. After over 4 years of use where there are adjusted every night multiple times we have never had a single problem. They are quiet and highly adjustable. Would buy again but we don’t need to!
