I have had this bed for a few months now. The firmness is great for my back so I like it but it is firm. The bed works wonderfully and I have had no issues with it. Very easy to install. It fit inside my queen sleigh bed frame I already had. I would buy this again.

Although we haven't had this for long (a few months) so far we love this bed. My husband and I decided it was time to spend the money and invest in a good quality bed. The Matress alone is incredibly comfortable. It's firm but not hard, and soft at the same time. It's very sturdy. I love that I can sit this ALL the way upright to read or watch t.v. We have it pushed up against the wall and have no issues with it scraping or interfering with the wall at all. The vibrations are surprisingly powerful, not like a shiatsu massage by any means but it does feel nice. Amazon themselves does not ship this. A separate company will call to set up a delivery window, and they were easy to work with. This bed is HEAVY! The box did come pretty banged up, so I would suggest really inspecting everything before setting it up. All in all we are extremely happy with the entire process and bed itself. Pros - Easy to put together did most of it by myself and I am 64 years old. My brother helped a little. Moving it into the bedroom requires two people. Very nice remote has a built in flashlight, and works pretty well. Love all the features the led lights, the massage feature is comfortable and fair. Bed works well and feels beautiful, I did buy this to finish out my guest bedroom. Very happy with the purchase and the price point. Cons - The mattress once opened took two weeks for the smell to dissipate, I read all the online tips and ran a fan in the room for two weeks and even turned my ozone generator on for 30 minutes. But after a couple of weeks the odor from the gasses are gone and I couldn't be happier. Overall I love the purchase - just be patient with the mattress odor as it does go away. ... show more

The negative was that my bed was mixed up with someone else's and we both had to deny delivery and then wait longer for it to get to the correct state. The shipping company and the sellers were not always on the same. Page but when I reached out about it daily to both it was delivered the next week. The box and the plastic were both ripped for the base when it arrived. Not to happy about it but was happy to finally have the bed. It is very very heavy and easier to slide then lift. All you have to do for base is put on legs and plug in. The mattress is very nice and comfortable. The message is pretty louder however adjusting head and feet surprisingly quiet. You have hear it but not loud. King size I can't feel my partner moving or getting out of bed. So happy we got this bed. We got 18 inch deep sheets and the mattress is 14inchs the sheets barely fit on all the way but surprisingly don't fall off. Recomed getting super deep sheets. ... show more

Excellent little bed. I purchased this for a guest room and it is perfect. It was super easy to assemble and set up. The 12 inch thick mattress is very comfortable. I put the bed on six 4 inch diameter plastic furniture sliders so that it is very easy to move with little effort. Some people prefer to have the bed aligned with a certain compass direction when sleeping and some do not care. The adjustable head and foot elevation features are great. The head and foot massage are wonderful and have multiple combinations of vibration and waves of massaging up and down the mattress when you choose the same or different speeds on the head and foot massage motors. The remote control is easy to use. The under bed lighting is convenient. Overall it is a well engineered system and well worth the money. My guests love it! ... show more

I’ve had two back surgeries and couldn’t sleep on our memory foam mattress was to hard. This bed has just the right amount for comfort. Love that head and feet raise up and down. There are several setting. Love the lighting under the bed. Helps for those trips to bathroom during the night. Only complaint I have is for me with my back hard to change the sheets.
