Box came totally destroyed. Parts missing. Instructions might have well been omitted for all the good they did. 1 page of pics of parts and numbers. Nothing else. Instructions are totally useless!! I haven't gotten it together yet, still working. Had a fiberglass rod for the awning. a small rubber tube connecting it to another fiberglass rod. The tubing was ripped in half. Awning was ripped. For $50 I didn't expect much so I am pleased with my purchase. The instructions are awful but I somehow managed to figure it out. It took me about 2.5 hours by myself to put it together. If the directions were more clear it probably would have taken half of the time. I was able to put it up by myself with some maneuvering. So far, a week later, it is still in place and working well. We haven't had much wind though, so we will see. I wasn't sure how to get the awning to roll up, since it doesn't tell you, but luckily since I own a camper with a manual awning I was able to figure it out. You have to loosen the knobs and lower the arms all of the way down and then it will roll-up. I put the awning in front of my patio door to keep the rain from getting in when I want to keep the door open and it seems to be doing the job. Hopefully, it makes it through its first wind storm. So I think this awning is worth the price and if I got another one it would be much easier to put together the second time. ... show more

Everything about this item is bad. Hard to assemble(no instructions how to) Takes time Bad quality It won’t stay up keeps falling down Do not buy

It's a nice product. Instructions are not clear. The process of assembly may be better described. UPDATE: After the first item broke I got a replacement. I installed the new awning three weeks ago and it broke again. Do not buy this product. I guess the bar is too heavy and the supports to weak. Do not buy this product ... show more

Assembly instructions were not included, but they quickly sent me a PDF after contacting them through Amazon. Unfortunately, the instructions were for a different model, so it made it difficult.
