This thing is build strong. Of course, you will need to put it togehter which is very easy to do. So, it's durability is hinged on you making sure everything is tight and fastened correctly. Fast delivery, arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged very nicely. Good easy instructions and easy to assemble. The bench is very strong and sturdy. It does not slide on me when using , I have rubber mat flooring in home gym. Great addition to home gym!

It was a little difficult to install the chair. The book was to hard to look at it . They need to make the words a little bigger .
