Alright, everyone here is a skeptical person so this is gonna be an honest review. Vacuum feature: I don't particularly care for it. My floors are tile and full of dog hair and toddler snacks, unfortunately this vacuum feature doesn't work for my floors but that's ok. The mop feature? Love it. I haven't mopped my floors in months, don't judge me we have all been there. And when I first used this I thought ah it's white tile floors that you can see dirt on, if it was really that bad I would see it. WRONG. my first tank was g r o s s. The reviews are true you cannot use this machine like a vacuum or a mop you have to go a little slower, but the machine pushes for you all you have to do is hold it. Yes the water tank is small, my house is 3b 2 bath 1400sqft and everything is tile aside from the bedrooms. To clean the main rooms takes 2 tanks. If I want to clean the bathrooms that would require at least 2 more tanks. The good news is that it's so easy to take off and clean and get new water and cleaner and keep on going. I did not time myself in my cleaning so I cannot confirm if this machine does die in 20 minutes. I imagine if your home is larger you might be off put by this product due to how many times you need to fill the tank and the run time. I love that it's very simple to take apart and clean, very minimal clean up time afterwards. If you are picky about the roller brush being dirty I suggest buying extra. It takes about 2 days for the roller to fully dry and it only comes with 2. It also comes with 2 smaller bottles of cleaner, but only requires 1 cap full per tank. The ONLY downfall I have found is the output tube for floor cleaning has dog hair residue that cannot even be cleaned with the self cleaning option. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about that later on or if it will cause any issues. This really is a good buy, it's lightweight, effective and simple. The best helper I ever had to clean the house. Do a deep clean, even take the tiny grains of sand. It struggles to get the corners, and it cannot be used to clean under the bed or other furniture. Still, I consider it the best cleaning buy I ever had. It vacuums and cleans with water at the same time, so if you are allergic like I am, no worries, because the dust goes into a chamber with water. It considerable speed the cleaning process and increases its efficiency because the floor will stay cleaner than with other tools. It sweeps and cleans at the same time, which is wonderful. Just be aware of the roller. If you are going to be using it every day, it gets wet and will smell terrible because it will never dry. So, in my experience, either you use it every other day, to give it time to completely dry, or you have to storage outside after cleaning, as I do, on my balcony. This thing is awesome. I splurged a little and got the i6 stretch. I have probably 3,500 sq ft of hard floor (mostly hardwood, some tile). Vacuuming/sweeping ALL of it and then mopping took forever and was physically a lot of work. This makes it so much easier. I have three kids. It sucks up everything: hair, crumbs, dust bunnies, dirt, etc. Somehow the brush doesn’t get all wrapped in hair (which is usually an issue as my daughter and I shed long hair everywhere). I was worried it would be messy and drip water everywhere but it doesn’t. Very easy to use- intuitive. The amount of water left on the floor is so minimal and dries quickly so I’m not worried about it damaging the wood floors. The water in the used tank is nasty (which is good- it means it is working). It’s definitely not something that would be easy to use daily or anything- it’s a process to clean, but the self cleaning function makes it easy. The most time consuming thing is emptying out the dirty water canister after you let it self clean because you need to clean out all the crap it “vacuumed” up, let it dry out, etc. I’m not sure how the battery will last long term (I’ve only had it a couple months) but it currently lasts a while. I can easily get my whole first floor done on one charge- maybe more if I was going quicker. You do need to conserve a little battery at the end for the self cleaning- if you run it until it’s dead, it will need to charge a little before you can run the self-clean. The bottle of solution it comes with will last a while too because you only use one cap-full at a time. I can’t think of anything I don’t love! ... show more

It's a good quality machine. I'm a lazy bum so I find it a little inconvenient to use, cleaning the rollers etc. I don't use it for gross spills. I fear the smell & cleaning. But for me who finds it difficult to mop due to back issues, it is easier to just push this in a straight line like a vacuum. It's lightweight, compact profile, and easy to use. Just a pain to clean. I'd buy it again. We have pets & never can keep the floor free of fur. That's another reason we bought it. It sucks up what's on the floor first then sucks up the dirty water. Win win. ... show more

I am a pet mom. I have two puppies who are taking their time being house broken. I have tried other brands but nothing really stood out, until I bought his one. I absolutely love it. The suction is amazing. It really does get the dirt off the floor rather than pushing it around. The dirty water tank proves that what goes out is suctioned right back up.
