The media could not be loaded. Used the cleaner and vacuum a few times before writing this review. I really like it. Super easy to put together - it took 5 minutes to get everything assembled. The product comes with one floor washer, one vacuum and two vacuuming accessories. everything can be stored together using the included stand, which is a big plus with so many tools sorted out in order. Functionality wise, the floor washer is easy to push around. It does a great job on cleaning the floor. Good suction power and no water mark. I can see and feel the cleanliness after mopping the floor. The self-cleaning feature is a plus too, which ensures the brush roller is ready to use for next time. Another good feature is that the washer can stand by itself. As for the vacuum, I’d say it’s on par with Dyson v12 that l have. The whole thing is well worth the money for sure.

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for a light weighted cordless vacuum for a while, and I am glad I found this product. The Vacuum cleaner is very lightweight with good amount of suction power. It is perfect for daily use when I want to clean the dirty area like the entrance area immediately whenever I notice it is dirty. About the floor washing, the motor makes it moving forward, so I do not need to push it very hard, which makes the cleaning much easier. I was surprised to see how dirty the water is inside the tank after cleaning a floor I thought was already pretty clean. I am very happy with this purchase so far. Just wish it came with two switchPro motors so I do not need to switch it between the floor washer and vacuum cleaner.

Easy to use so you will use it all the time because it feels really great to have clean floors. 4 friends purchased after I shared this info. I got the carpet cruiser directly from Tineco, the nozzle and clip broke and I returned it and refund was issued immediately. Tineco response was quick, Ryan in customer service took care of the return and refund.. excellent customer service. I am going to buy the carpet cleaner from Amazon so I can purchase the 3 year extended warranty.

The media could not be loaded. What I love is, super easy to push around, since it has its awesome self-propelled feature. With a bigger size house that's super important. And With the built in lights, it lights up like a mini car driving on the floor, I can easily see the dirty spot. And it is easy to clean the dirty water tank. What could be better is if you vacuum and map the same area, you will have to switch the battery all the time, if it comes with 2 batteries that will be cool. I will keep using it and see how it works in the next few months. Overall I like this products.

I have been wanting this for about a year. It’s an investment, but worth every single penny. Ever since I moved into my house almost a year ago I have NOT been able to get my floors cleaned. I put new door jams to keep out dust. I’ve mopped every single day. I got the Ocedar mop tha separates the water, swiffers, a brand new steam mop… I mean you name it I’ve tried it. I’ve swept multiple times a day (I have 3 toddlers and a cat) and no matter what I did my kids feet would still be dirty. I was about to give up and just thought I needed new floors possibly the people that lived here before me never cleaned and that it was going to take a long time to get all the dirt off the floor. First I cleaned with the vacuum and the cannister filled up to the top with dust (YUCK!) I had swept all morning and mopped the night before. I love that it’s cordless because I have a decent sized 4 bedroom house with an extra room / office that is my kids playroom. I can clean the whole house with about 30% remaining for battery life. When I mopped OMG the water was GREY!! Like dark grey!! I am finally able to walk on my floors without shoes!!! The mop glides so easily that it felt like it was moving on its own.. it kind of took my by surprise at first. Also the light on the vacuum is perfect because I left the light off and was able to see every piece of dust and dirt. I love that I can clean under furniture with the vacuum with ease. If you are really thinking about buying but unsure about spending that much money… trust me I was too.. but this was so worth it!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was a great purchase! This vacuum cleaner far exceeded our expectations. It has powerful suction, is lightweight and easy to use for a senior person like myself. No more struggling with a mop and heavy pail of water. The self propelled feature makes cleaning effortless. We’ve even been able to clean the interior of the car very efficienctly with great results also. Highly recommend!
