TLDR Review: Very happy with it, Compact and convenient on the desk, super easy to setup, works for both my MacBook Pro and Windows PC! Print quality is great too, overall satisfied. In depth Review: This is my second thermal printer and I have to say I’m very satisfied with it so far! I love the size and style, fits in on my desk great. Everything you need to get set up is right in the box plus some alcohol wipes which are great to give it a little clean before adding it to your desk area! It also came with some labels to get you started, an in depth guide/manual, Printer cable, USB with the guide and necessary drivers and a USB 2.0 to USB C adapter so you can easily set it up and use it with a MacBook. Very simple and easy to setup, comes with a USB Drive like I mentioned with all the necessary drivers for Mac or Windows. Only a few clicks later it was set up and ready to print! I did a bunch of test prints using PirateShip and the labels all came out clean and crisp. The print quality seems great, all barcodes legible and printed 4x6 Shipping labels perfectly. It was very easy to feed and remove labels as well as cut them off with the easy label cutting edge. The inner adjusting label guides allow you to insert different sized labels including smaller 2x3 labels for example. You can print anything from barcodes all the way to organization labels for in and around your home or office. Thermal printers can be very useful for other purposes besides just shipping labels so definitely a solid investment with this Aobio D4 shipping label printer. I also love thermal printers in general since there’s no stressing about constantly having to buy and refill ink so overall its very convenient and cost effective. Thermal printed labels also super waterproof so that’s one less thing to think about when shipping packages/your other printing needs! I also really like the white color scheme, it’s clean and minimal on my desk has a super small footprint and is a welcome addition to my overall workflow.. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with the size, quality and ease of use this. I have no complaints so far, really loving it! Edit: Heads up! Be sure the thermal paper is lined up PERFECTLY into the slot! I had my labels print off-centered which was frustrating so I had to delicately make sure it was aligned up correctly. First thermal printer purchase I have ever made! Albeit I must admit I was nervous since all the thermal printers I researched had some flaws with them. I officially used it today, and it works perfectly! I did, at first, insert the label the wrong way (I had it upside down), and input the incorrect size (it was too big and it printed onto the second label so I ended up wasting 2 labels). But hey- it is a learning process! The print quality is perfect, crystal clear and it’s easy to tear off your label from the printer. Honestly I’m surprised at the low reviews for their official app, I understood how to use it after trial and error, plus had no connectivity problems. If anything changes, I’ll update my review. This is a great label printer. It is quick with quality printing. I use it for USPS, UPS, and FedEx mailing labels. Simple to use and prints labels that are pre-paid (depending on your shipping manager program) that are ready to drop in the box.

How do you even set this thing up?? 😫 The instructions say to download drivers from their site. Drivers refuse to download to a cell or an iPad. Bluetooth recognizes it, but says the device is “Not Supported”. Customer service hours are only weekdays until 3pm. Absolutely wasting my time with this. Returning it. ... show more
