It took me about a week to open it. After opening it, I spent about 2 days getting it working. Since their customer service is overseas, it's best to contact them after 10 pm. The printer is excellent for a beginner, but I should have opted for an A3 printer instead of the A4. I have made it work for me. I still haven't received my heat press, and the company is not responding to me. That is why the two stars

Worse purchase ever. I initially contacted them about returning it. They said I couldn't because I had already put the ink in. But right out of the gate I was having issues with the white ink not printing. I was finally able to get it to print for about 30 days before having to replace the print head and the capping station. The printer comes with a warranty but I somehow still had to pay $40 for shipping. The white ink stirrer also stopped working causing even more problems, Currently saving to get a better DTF printer to use for my business.
