The media could not be loaded. Setup was easy but ran into issues as we are new to dtf printing. Jeremy assisted us and put us into the right track for perfect printing! A+ after sales support with the what’s app app. He was able to remotely adjust the settings and we are printing and making money!

I purchased the DXZ printer as part of a bundle that included a computer. Unfortunately, the printer didn’t connect to the computer, which was a letdown since that compatibility was the main reason I chose the bundle. I’m currently working on getting that issue resolved, so I can’t speak to customer service for the bundle just yet. That said, the technical support for the printer itself has been outstanding—definitely the highlight of this purchase. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped get the printer up and running smoothly. Once set up, the printer performs well and delivers quality results. Also, a pleasant surprise: the oven that came with the bundle has been a real blessing to have! It’s been a useful addition I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do. Overall, I’m glad I made the purchase, but I do wish the computer and printer worked together as promised.
