The media could not be loaded. It's been a month and it's perfect. My first dtf printer, easy set up, but we had a little difficulties with some things, normal tho, anything crazy, anybody can set it up, comes with a video with good instructions. You might have some trouble if you are not much into technology but it's really not hard at all. Great quality prints, I would buy again in a future the a3 version!

I purchased the DXZ printer as part of a bundle that included a computer. Unfortunately, the printer didn’t connect to the computer, which was a letdown since that compatibility was the main reason I chose the bundle. I’m currently working on getting that issue resolved, so I can’t speak to customer service for the bundle just yet. That said, the technical support for the printer itself has been outstanding—definitely the highlight of this purchase. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped get the printer up and running smoothly. Once set up, the printer performs well and delivers quality results. Also, a pleasant surprise: the oven that came with the bundle has been a real blessing to have! It’s been a useful addition I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do. Overall, I’m glad I made the purchase, but I do wish the computer and printer worked together as promised.

I really like this printer. In the beginning, I was having a hard time setting it up, but once I got connected with the tank, they helped me diagnose what was going on and it was just as simple as cleaning heads I went from printing, unrecognizable pictures to perfect pictures full of color. The printer is really good quality of color and the print speed is outstanding. Definitely worth the purchase.
