Absolutely blown away by the Lancelot m1630 pro and the team behind it! I've gotta say, I was impressed from the start. I ran into a small setup issue (my fault!) and reached out for help. Sissie was awesome and got me connected to tech support immediately. I'm not exaggerating—I had a response from Levi, the tech rep, in less than a minute. He was super nice, clearly knew his stuff, and had my problem solved in just a few minutes. That kind of fast, knowledgeable help gives you so much peace of mind. It makes the whole experience 100 times better. And I have to mention the "Holiday Mode." In my opinion, this is the highlight of the printer. I tested it by leaving it off for 2, 3, and even 4 days straight. It started back up and printed perfectly, no clogs, no fuss. I absolutely love my printer so far. I received my Lancelot M1630 pro printer on time and it came with everything as advertised. Set up went smooth as the laptop already was equipped with a step by step guide. Things that i had questions for i was able to reach out via whatsapp to talk to there support who answered every single question i had which was amazing customer support. After completing set up the printer works well and i am excited to have upgraded from my L1800 to this printer. The auto cleaning feature and the auto cut feature so far i do love and it does also print faster as well. The quality of the prints are very good and so far over all i am very please with my purchase and will be recommending this printer to others as well. ... show more

Love the printer! Excellent tech support and fantastic print quality! Okay! I wasn't a happy customer at first, but I am now! I freaked out as I was trying to set up the printer, I thought I received a factory defective printer because it was missing the “PUSH/STOP” button. On the setup video that comes with the printer and the YouTube video, they all have the bottom. Instantly I was so overwhelmed that I had to remove everything and put it back to return this super heavy printer. But then, after I got hold of the tech support, I was told that they removed the button with the upgraded models. It was a huge relief that I don't need to return the printer. Lol. Anyway, they told me they will update the video instructions. As for the printer, this is my first DTF printer! So far I printed 3 images and pressed on 2 t-shirts, they look amazing! The easy operation and vibrant color. It's so easy to make a T-shirt with this printer now. No more sublimation! No more HTV! The tech Cheems and Levi were professional, patient, And helpful. Now that I have been using it for a few weeks, I feel more confident in writing this review. So far, I have only positive things to say about it, basically. It arrived faster than I anticipated. Setup wasn't too hard, but I followed a video I found on YT that a woman had posted; it was much easier than the book. I only question her method of loading the ink, as it seemed to fill my waste ink. I will figure that out later though. While I like having the laptop and not having to tie mine up while it is on the printer, I wish it had a better battery. Make sure you can have it close to a power source. The programs are pretty easy to use, although there is a lot to them that isn't explained. I am just starting to dig into that. Make sure you have a decent setup for doing the powder part of it, as it can get a bit messy. I ordered some 14x11.5 storage containers to hold the powder in (so I am not having to constantly dump it back into the bag) as well as finished prints. This would apply to all DTF though, not just this printer. I have to say that anything that I have come up against that has made me seek out help has been quickly dealt with by the team over WhatsApp. I begrudgingly downloaded it, but love the fact that I am getting responded to almost immediately. They've all been very helpful. I have yet to run into any big issues, but I have full confidence that it will be handled. The printer seems durable, well made and good quality. I make sure I print at least every other day to keep things moving. I have yet to determine printing cost or anything. I will update as I figure more out or if anything changes. I honestly think I made the right choice in grabbing this printer for my adventure into DTF printing. At this point, I have no regrets and would recommend it to anyone else. (My son stuck his finger in the eye of the ghost print. That little snafu had nothing to do with the printer.) ... show more

This is the greatest printer I have ever used. I used a Punehood before hand and spent the extra for this one. It was worth every penny. It’s twice as fast and way more detailed I’ll never own a different printer. The engineers worked with me right away to set up. The only downside I had to speak on is. 1 it’s confusing on how to find a way to contact them and 2. It is a little more towards the experienced printers side for knowing how the paper and printing process works ... show more

I have had the printer for just over a week now. I have had several orders for shirts during this time. It has done a great job. The shirts look amazing and my customers have been very pleased with the quality. There is some assembly required but with the videos and help from tech support, it was a fairly easy process.
