I only print on weekends so the option to have automatic maintenance and a holiday mode setting was important to me. I was fully set up and printing quality prints within a few hours. Took a while to put everything together but so far so good .. We use it everyday..,Customer support has been great so far . My only issue would be the shaker. It doesn’t distribute the powder evenly and you constantly have to watch it to make sure the powder covers the whole print
