I was able to do the initial setup and haven’t been able to get into the system since. I have emailed for service twice, got a will reply within 48 hours and have yet to hear back from anyone. I would never recommend this product.

    • DECEPTION AT IT’S FINEST! Don’t do it!
The media could not be loaded. Save yourself the money and the headache. I went against the grain with this one. I reached out to HP for them to notify me that this ink isn’t compatible with this printer. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with them. They were unable to resolve this issue. And if you look closely on the front of this computer these stickers were made and placed on the printer. If you open up the cartridge ink door that shiny sticker is removable as well. The seller has added all this crap to this printer and the HP 2700 series is $89 at Walmart. LITERALLY! I was told that this ink that was provided could destroy this printer. I will definitely be retuning this HUNK OF JUNK!!!! ... show more
