Very expensive, and be prepared for a few things. The software is in kanji( no English option ) was told this is what it is and won't change. So unless you know kanji you won't understand the settings in the sw. I received a broken part that still is not working. I was told it didn't matter, but the roller that winds the finished product up hasn't worked right from install. There is some type of resin or spray on the cover of the printer that won't come off. I feel like I got some used part's.I have asked question after questions, and the support is good but my issues still remain. Noteworthy: if you want to run a handful of 1 design ( less than 10) you will need to coat and dry manually as this machine will not do it. This would have been nice to know. That being said I don't see any issues with the printer and color is nice, though it's not a true edge to edge print so your print width is actually about 12.25 to 12.5. ... show more

We have had this printer for about a year now and have printed several hundred large pictures now. We are very new to dtf printing and this printer has performed absolutely great. The only errors were from the user. The support is the best, they really care about your satisfaction and the product.

I had this printer for six months before I even attempted to take it out of the box. It was shipped in two separate deliveries. I did not know before purchasing that it does not come with instructions. I did the setup just by looking and the picture. I had no issues. Once I reached out to the seller on here, I was given instructions on how to reach a technician on What's App. I am a little older in age, so What's App is not something I have ever used before. There is like a 24 hour time difference so keep that in mind when reaching out to a technician. Once I was connected with a tech he sent everything in the app along with detailed instructions and videos. If you cannot follow detailed instructions or videos, this setup is not for you. A few times I wanted to give up. The tech was very patient, at times he had to go over things 10 times it seemed like, but I got it. The total setup took two days because of the time difference. After setup, a few of the attachments weren't needed. The software like someone mentioned is in a different language so don't think you are going to figure it out on your own. After getting the machine connected the tech went into my laptop remotely and setup things. He even showed me how to print and get things going. The only issue I have sometimes is my sizing in the software. There were some things I should have considered before buying but this was a gift. The customer service was amazing the setup of the machine wasn't too bad I just wish it came with instructions and I wish the software was in English.
