I had this printer for six months before I even attempted to take it out of the box. It was shipped in two separate deliveries. I did not know before purchasing that it does not come with instructions. I did the setup just by looking and the picture. I had no issues. Once I reached out to the seller on here, I was given instructions on how to reach a technician on What's App. I am a little older in age, so What's App is not something I have ever used before. There is like a 24 hour time difference so keep that in mind when reaching out to a technician. Once I was connected with a tech he sent everything in the app along with detailed instructions and videos. If you cannot follow detailed instructions or videos, this setup is not for you. A few times I wanted to give up. The tech was very patient, at times he had to go over things 10 times it seemed like, but I got it. The total setup took two days because of the time difference. After setup, a few of the attachments weren't needed. The software like someone mentioned is in a different language so don't think you are going to figure it out on your own. After getting the machine connected the tech went into my laptop remotely and setup things. He even showed me how to print and get things going. The only issue I have sometimes is my sizing in the software. There were some things I should have considered before buying but this was a gift. The customer service was amazing the setup of the machine wasn't too bad I just wish it came with instructions and I wish the software was in English.     • Not sure it's worth it.
Very expensive, and be prepared for a few things. The software is in kanji( no English option ) was told this is what it is and won't change. So unless you know kanji you won't understand the settings in the sw. I received a broken part that still is not working. I was told it didn't matter, but the roller that winds the finished product up hasn't worked right from install. There is some type of resin or spray on the cover of the printer that won't come off. I feel like I got some used part's.I have asked question after questions, and the support is good but my issues still remain. Noteworthy: if you want to run a handful of 1 design ( less than 10) you will need to coat and dry manually as this machine will not do it. This would have been nice to know. That being said I don't see any issues with the printer and color is nice, though it's not a true edge to edge print so your print width is actually about 12.25 to 12.5. ... show more

Mr wang is awesome he is very knowledgeable and definitely patient with newbie’s. We spent three days adjusting my printer just because Mr Wang was not happy of final print which I seen ok. Now he tuned it I am amazed on the difference and see he wanted nothing but GREAT quality for me. He even offered if I needed help with understanding the program he was only a call/text away. I was beyond nervous to make this investment in my small business. The other reviews helped me take the leap of faith. Mr. Wang reached out shortly after I purchased with instructions and was beyond helpful through set up. Very thorough explanation of every process. Took close to 4 hours total to set up but communicated via WhatsApp so was able to break it apart to work better with my schedule (kids schedule, FT job…). I am very impressed with this machine and the quality. The packaging was next level! I have never seen something packaged so well! I am still learning the program process but it seems easy, just need to get adjusted. I have my first large order coming up and excited to get printing! Thank you!! ... show more

    • Any one else get a less than quality machine?
Has anyone else had any problems? With quality? My printer came with legs broken, screws holes that have no threads. The pan on my shaker oven will not open, the USB port is not flush with the printer it's down inside bare with no casing holding it in place. I've spoken with support i believe they're doing they're best to help, however don't think it's a problem I can fix. I believe the whole system is bent, im not impressed with the quality for money i spent. I shouldnt have to rig my brand new machine up with random screws and I refuse to do So. Any suggestions or similar problems with this product???? EDIT- Ok guys so I have to do a re-review. While I do still believe my printer was accidentally dropped somewhere along its journey to me, as the legs were clear broke off & many things were bent & out of place. Support worked tireless hours with me for close to a week to get everything in its proper place & running smoothly. I know I've got alot to figure out& im sure more mistakes to make i know i can count on the support team to work with me the entire way! I've had a week of incredible printing now💙 ... show more
