Honestly really impressed with this litter box. Setup was super easy and it looks way nicer than I expected. My cat got used to it pretty quickly (which I was worried about), and now it’s basically no effort to keep things clean. The automatic cleaning works well and helps a lot with odor too. I also like that it’s open-top and feels safer and less cramped compared to those fully enclosed ones. Overall just makes daily life easier, especially if you have more than one cat. Definitely worth it 👍

So disappointed. It does not empty automatically the way it should. The smell is horrible after one use. The smell is not contained as it states. The deodorizer doesn't help. The grid get all dirty and has to be cleaned off. Inside is not as big as I had hoped for. The step is too small so I found a box that fit perfectly under the step and put the mat on top of the box. Tried it for 1 week not worth the maintenance. I returned to a manual litter box. Don't waste your money.

I’ve been using this litter box for about 3 days now and I’m really impressed so far. Setup was pretty easy, and the design looks clean and modern — it doesn’t look like a typical litter box at all. The automatic cleaning works well and has already saved me a lot of time. I don’t have to scoop anymore, and it helps keep the area much cleaner with less smell. It’s also fairly quiet when it runs, which I was worried about, but my cat adjusted to it pretty quickly. I also really like the front step — it actually catches a good amount of litter from my cat’s paws, so there’s less mess around the box. So far everything is working great. If it continues like this, I’d definitely say it’s worth it!

Ive had this litter box for about a month now and I don't hate it but it's not the greatest. For the price it works really well but it has an open top so when my cats are done, they jump out and litter flies EVERYWHERE. Also waste gets stuck between the grey and white part so it needs cleaned and wiped out often. On the bright side the app is very easy to use but you need to have wifi. It took about 2 weeks to fully get both of my cats to use it even my skiddish cat is comfortable using it. It's very quiet when it's cleaning and controls odors pretty well unless waste is stuck outside the waste bin. Over all for the price it works well but you have to wipe it out often or it stinks. Pp

I have 2 cats and the one refuses to use the Litter Robot so I thought I would try this open box design. Yes he is consistently using it, but I have a few issues. First the slats to sift the sand are too wide and smaller matter is not being properly disposed of. They need to redesign the sifter portion. Second, it does not always run a clean cycle after the cat leaves. And finally, at least on two occasions, it has stopped motion with the unit upside down…maybe because the sensor detected a cat nearby. But the only way to correct this seems to be to unplug it. I’ve only had it one week and even if I have to manually hit the clean button, it’s better than scooping and cheaper than my other unit. It just needs more fine tuning.

It's a great value and good quality，I'm very happy with this self-cleaning cat litter box. Almost non-existent. It has big enough collect box under the machine. There are three easy buttons to be able to use and it also has a Wi-Fi feature so you can literally control it from your phone if that's something you elect to do. It's a great size and very easy for the cat to access. My cat didn't hesitate at all and was comfortable using it right from the start. I love a low maintenance time saving product and this litter box does everything you need it to do!
