Not only is this litterbox awesome. The company’s customer support is too. Our original litterbox got damaged during shipping. It seemed like we could keep it working but it eventually had an issue that was critical a four months down the line. Again, the shipping was the main issue the company however made it right despite us not getting ahold of them sooner. We explained the issue to Thereyes support and they were swift to remedy the issues we were having. They sent us a replacement and the new replacement is absolutely flawless. They were nice about the whole situation, the litterbox itself is the best one we’ve used so far. It fits our 18 pound part main coon tom cat perfectly. With our five cats we only need to change out the bag every 3-4 days and they are big bathroom users the bin is a very big size underneath compared to others we’ve used. It saves us a lot of time! It’s also amazing with using pellet litter which is a big plus. The durability is unmatched, it’s made from sturdy plastic.

Just don't, it's not worth it. I had wanted an automatic litterbox forever, finally splurged and feel very disappointed with what I have and the amount of money spent. Regret this purchase 100%. I had this for 2 months before it stopped working. The sensors failed to sense anything accurately. It stopped working mid-cyle and just sat there until manually pressing clean or turning it off and on. Or, it sensed the cat in there when it wasn't (it would sense the cat in there for 6 hours straight). It never provided an accurate weight. The App is terrible. It's small even for a small cat. I did speak with customer service who offered some suggestions on how to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, I had already googled and troubleshooted with everything indicating faulty sensors. Customer service was accommodating and offered to send a new litterbox. It arrived on a Saturday working great but all the lights went out not even 24 hours later. The scale also is not accurate on this one either so maybe it's user error but I couldn't find anything that said to do anything with the scale before the first use. Too many kinks to work out with this machine.

Ive had this litter box for about a month now and it works fairly well. For the price it works really well but it has an open top so when my cats are done, they jump out and litter flies EVERYWHERE. Also waste gets stuck between the grey and white part so it needs cleaned and wiped out often. On the bright side the app is very easy to use but you need to have wifi. It took about 2 weeks to fully get both of my cats to use it even my skiddish cat is comfortable using it. It's very quiet when it's cleaning and controls odors pretty well unless waste is stuck outside the waste bin. Over all for the price it works well but you have to wipe it out often or it stinks. Update: There have been a few times where the liter box has stopped working but the company has reached out and offered to send me a new one! Maybe this will help!!

I’ve been using this automatic litter box for a while now, and I’m very happy with it. It was easy to set up, and the app connected quickly without any issues. The cleaning cycle is smooth and much quieter than I expected. The open-top design gives my cat plenty of space, and my cat started using it almost immediately. It does a great job controlling odors, and the waste drawer is easy to empty. I also appreciate the built-in safety sensors—they make me feel confident that it’s safe while my cat is using it. Cleaning is simple, and it has saved me a lot of time compared to a traditional litter box. Overall, this is a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an automatic litter box.

Started out great then started acting up. You have to put the litter pan in the perfect spot, which means constantly trying to find that spot. It flips over to empty out and stay upside down. It has been almost back in the right place but sits there popping like something is not catching properly or has worn down after a very short time of use. I wish I had spent more on something better. There is no number to call. Hopefully they will contact me and will fix it since it is still under warranty.

I have 2 cats and the one refuses to use the Litter Robot so I thought I would try this open box design. Yes he is consistently using it, but I have a few issues. First the slats to sift the sand are too wide and smaller matter is not being properly disposed of. They need to redesign the sifter portion. Second, it does not always run a clean cycle after the cat leaves. And finally, at least on two occasions, it has stopped motion with the unit upside down…maybe because the sensor detected a cat nearby. But the only way to correct this seems to be to unplug it. I’ve only had it one week and even if I have to manually hit the clean button, it’s better than scooping and cheaper than my other unit. It just needs more fine tuning.

First thing is that when my cat (17 lbs.) entered the litter pan the "bucket" wobbled and caused insecurity in my cat. Second thing is that the plastic step is too small for my cat. Thirdly, the sensors began to malfunction. Bucket doesn't empty and reset. My cat refused to go in the pan. So now it's on my back porch in a trash bag. We returned to the old style pan where you just scoop out dirty litter. Kitty is happy. I am frustrated.

Works great. Easy to setup. Easy to learn to use. Kitty's use it now all the time. Took them about 3 weeks to actually try to use it. They sat there for weeks watching it. Now they use it all the time. It works great but I have 1 big cat and 1 little cat. The big cat fills the whole basket up. Her litter ends up behind the unit on a regular basis. So, I have to do cleanup several times a week because she is almost too big for the unit. I'm still using it for the cats.
