The grips a good size and the handle is very easy to turn no matter what can your opening. The cutting blade is very sharp. No clunky noises and goes right through any size lid - even number 10 cans. Sooo easy to use! You squeeze the can open on the lid and turn the handle and you’re done. It’s so easy to turn the handle. No need to grip with all your strength and hurt your wrist, bc this can opener grips for you. I’ve used it several times over the last week and it works perfectly each time. It's very well made. The cutting circular edge and it's underlying chassis of circular gripping pin is held in place with a normal screw. That feature in older models of U.S made can openers where held in place with a non-moveable bolt. Though the screw on this China made can opener should be very good and probably won't loosen while operating opening cans. Overall is looks very sharp and I expect it to last for many, many years.

This can opener received very good reviews and I'm not disappointed! It's smooth operation and easy grip make it a pleasure to use, and I hope we'll have it for many years. The color choices give you a lot to chose from and to select something that you like. Why shouldn't a can opener be in a fun color! This kitchen staple will replace our Kitchen Aid can opener which suddenly just quit working and wouldn't cut through the metal on a can top, but we have high hopes for this one and so far it has really shown itself to be a superior product.

My new manual can opener is sharp and easy to operate. It does not ride up on the rim of the can as I am opening it. The handle turns easily and does not get stuck. I am pleased with it so far. I don't know how long it will last, so I cannot say anything about its durability.

I keep trying to find a “lifetime” can opener & they keep failing me. Aggravating. And I’ve spent some good money on what were supposedly really good can openers. My last one - American made no less - failed in the middle of cooking a meal (handle just crumbled & the whole mechanism fell apart). So now I’ve shelled out big $$ n this one. It’s hefty & works great but we’ll see how it lasts.
