The cord is very short which I knew before purchasing. I take it out when I need to use, it’s safe and sharpness does the job for me. This one here is exceptionally good because the cutter head comes off the unit so you can put it in the dishwasher. It's sleek design does not take much room on the counter and it works perfectly on large cans and small cans as well. I highly recommend this.
