This is OK for the price. First thing I found is that the cord was difficult to get out and was fastened with a wire that also made it hard to remove. After I got it out I noticed it was wrapped tightly, and as a result there are a lot of folds in the cord, that after a few days still haven't come out. I cannot store the cord as intended. It is a little tricky to get a can under the cutter, as it seems the magnet sticks first and I have to angle it in. I have opened a 28 oz can of tomato sauce and that's about the tallest size can I think it can do, I don't see it supporting anything taller in any way. This will work until I find something better, but I am a bit disappointed. ... show more

The functionality is solid. It saves a bunch of space and reduces clutter on the counter. For the sharpness, the can opener part is good, cutting cleanly and smoothly without any snags. However, the knife sharpener is magnific but nothing to write home about—it's fine for a quick touch-up. The ease of use is great; it's a one-touch deal for cans, and the lever and magnetic lid holder make it hands-free. The ease of opening for cans is excellent, and the automatic stop is a nice feature. The stainless steel and black plastic give it a clean, simple look that fits right in with my other kitchen stuff. This works fine for small cans. It's too short for larger cans. Also, the cutter on the front constantly falls off and I have to put it back on almost every time I use it.
