It might work out of the box for the Tera charger on their pics, but it sure would not “click” on a Porsche J1772 connector, at least not without significant modification to make it work. For the price I paid ($6), I decided to make it work by cutting into it with an oscillating tool and massaging with a heat gun, a knife and a flat head. It took a while, but I made it work (perfectly actually), but not something most people will be able/willing to do. 1 star for price point. Wall mount part is actually well designed otherwise, but the mold for the clicking mechanism won’t work on most J1772 connectors (see other reviews).

Nissan LEAF J1772 EVSE won't fit far enough in to receptacle to engage latch. Not much use. From a look before returning, it won't last that long in direct sunlight, but I suppose that comes with the low price.

As others have stated, the "gun" doesn't go in far enough to latch. I was getting ready to return it, but other choices cost twice as much. So I did what David S. did; cut a hole for access, then used heat to move the latching surface a little bit. I also reinforced it with some epoxy, since there wasn't much material left to hold the latch. So, it's a pretty good starting "kit" to make your own functioning holster. Good Luck!
