Features

  • Permeable Material: Made of 100% brand-new high-density polyethylene knitted fabric, which resists tearing and fading. Note: The fabric is stretchy. The titles sizes are for when it's stretched tight. Be sure to fully extend the sail when installing it, or it'll be too small. You could also pick a slightly bigger size
  • UV Block: The shade cloth can block up to 95% of harmful UV rays, protecting your skin. Radically reducing the heat of hot weather and providing shade. Easy to clean with water
  • Sturdy Construction: The edges are double-stitched for greater wear resistance, and the D-rings can secure the sunshade sail in any position. Allow 1.5ft for mounting hardware. Recommend the TANG Hardware Kit for optimal durability and shading performance
  • Curved Edge and Customizable: Our shade sails feature curved sides to enhance pull strength and prevent drooping, which can add 1"-8" to the side length. The middle center of the sail cover will be shorter in width due to the curves. If you prefer straight edges, please let us know
  • Outdoor Sunshade: TANG patio cover is ideal for backyard, porch, pergola, pool, pond, deck, courtyard, backyard, dooryard, park, carport, sandbox, driveway, or other outdoor area

    • Awesome product
I bought this for my front porch. The porch is nearly unbearable in the afternoon sun. I was hesitant about the low cost of this as to it's quality. That fear is erased. It was well packaged with easy to understand installation instructions. I secured one end of the shade to the fascia and the other to 1-1/2" galvanized pipe. We have now had several severe storms with high winds, enough to take down trees. The sail made it through all the storms and hasn't shown a bit of damage. While rain does make the shade sink a bit the water flows through it and doesn't pond on it. I've had to adjust the turnbuckles only once so far. This sail does what it's supposed to do. We can now enjoy our deck. I will be putting another one of these on my back deck next spring as the canopy out there has reached the end of its life ... show more

    • Curves very difficultimpossible to stretch to 8 inches or less. I still love this sunshade and would recommend it.

Nice quality and strong material. We live on a hill and the shade has no problems holding up to the strong winds we get here. I would have like it to have just a little more sun barrier but it is sufficient................The curves are much wider than the company stated they would be. We did manage to stretch them out to 8/9 inches where it connects to the house(see photos). The other three curves, not so great. They are indented as much as 15 inches. I think you would need to have the poles and everything exactly squared up with the house to get rid of the overly wide curves. That is just about impossible because the shade stretches for a few days and you can't get an exact measurement. I like the shade but am going to order the straight edge, I might like that one better............................This sunshade gives me about 4 hours of extra shade on my back porch and completely keeps the sun from coming through my kitchen window. The amount of shade you get all depends on the time of year, which way your house is facing and if there are large trees further away from your house to help block the sun in the morning/evening. Overall, I love this shade and would recommend it. The curved one is sufficient but I think I might prefer the straight edge shade instead. I am hoping the straight edge doesn't sag too much when I put it up. I consider the price very inexpensive compared to an awning(which would only blow off), so I don't mind spending a little more money to try the straight edge shade. Oh yeah, be sure to order this sun shade smaller as the listing suggested. It does stretch at least a couple of inches, maybe more, I didn't measure. Also, the white rope in the photos is connected to both tie downs. It shows how deep the curves are. ... show more

    • Arizona necessity!

A great addition to my courtyard! This was much needed in the Arizona heat to protect my citrus trees from the sun. It’s well made and not too bad to put up, for the price this is great! This was the 10 x 14 in the Brown color.

    • Sturdy and affordable! Great value for the money
I have a tiny home I built for my Dad when my Mom passed away and I bought one of these tarps to help to keep the Florida sun out of his front living room, it works fabulously and helps to keep things shaded particularly during the hottest time of day. It was easy to install and this is the 2nd one we have purchased in the last 2 years. Understand we live in FLORIDA and it can get up to 115 in the shade on a summer day in Florida! Lots of rain, wind and just normal wear can wear it out. For the amount of money it cost $31 it was worth it and I was happy to replace it the old one with the same exact product...now we are ready for Fall and cooler weather. Love this tarp and will continue to buy these as long as they are making them! Good stuff! ... show more

    • Awesome
I've read the bad reviews and I reluctantly bought this to give it a try. After a few months and a couple corrected mistakes I made when hanging it, it wouldn't be fair if I gave it less than 5 stars. To those who say it sags or whatever else... Measure twice for your anchor points and hang the dang thing right. I used shackles and turnbuckles attached my awning and two cut/drilled pieces of thick aluminum square tubing anchored to my block wall. You won't find the tubing at Home Depot - Hit your local metal supplier for that stuff. It's been through two storms with high winds and torrential rain and it didn't even phase it. I'll be ordering another just to have it on hand when this one finally wears out. ... show more

    • Not for long term use
When we place this, it looked great! It was really snug. If this gets any type of moisture it does start absorb and sag. If you put it up, it would have to be you taking it down every night after use. And with this clips used and tension pieces, it requires ALOT of strength to do so often.
