At first look this bench looks awesome. Assembly was easy but once assembled this isnt a bench i could use. One its very tall. Hard to reach for weights on the ground and too high to put your feet oh the ground. It also is very hard to move the back up and down as the holes are hide to find and pu the locking mechanism back in. It does have an upside as the pads non the bench are thick and comfortable.

This is a heavy duty Adjustable Exercise Bench Press for Home Gym. Its full metal built fold-able bench. All the pads are covered in wrapped around high-quality waterproof PU leather that is soft and strong, this very important for us, as our previous bend pad were not covered and its wooden edges started to fray. It has easy to adjust levers with spring loaded pull-pin adjusters. It is longer and wider than other benches we have owned in pass. Me and my teenagers use this bench regularly and like that its sturdy and solid built quality. It comes 80% assembled out of the box, rest of 20% takes 30 mins to put together. We highly recommend this bench for any home gym. This will be great addition due to multiple setting this can be used for.

This weight bench is pretty good, but not perfect. According to my husband, the directions to put it together were a bit difficult to follow. Once together, it was solid and stable. It is also a comfortable bench with several settings. My only complaint in that regard is that it doesn’t have an intermediate setting. It goes from somewhere around 45 degrees, to flat, with nothing in between. It wouldn’t have been that much trouble to drill one extra hole. Also, it is a bit difficult to move between settings. You are supposed to half way unscrew and then pull it, but it often won’t move until you totally unscrew it, which is kind of annoying. Regardless, the bench is a good value and a good addition to my work out space.

Our last weight bench took up too much space and had pieces and parts on it that I didn't use. As soon as we saw this one, we knew it would work perfectly in our at-home workout room. Was easy to put together. Easy to adjust for different exercises. It says it has a 795 pound weight capacity, which will never get tested out, but it's nice that it is solid and stable.
