  • Good looking umbrella
Color: Tan
Good quality and light weight fabric. This tilts higher up on the pole than the last one I bought so it won’t be as heavy when wind catches it. I anticipate it not blowing over as easily as the other did. Nice color too! I liked the price but then added a light fixture so it cost as much as lighted models. Oh well - I’m happy with both! ... show more

  • Great Quality and Style—Bought Four and Love Them!
Color: Black and White
I purchased four of these Sunnyglade patio umbrellas, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, function, and overall look. The black and white design is classic and sharp—it really elevates our outdoor space without being flashy. The crank mechanism is smooth and easy to use, and the tilt feature works well for adjusting shade throughout the day. We’ve had a few breezy afternoons, and the umbrellas have held up great—just be sure to anchor them in a weighted base. They’re lightweight enough to move around if needed but still feel sturdy when in place. For the price, you really can’t beat the value. I’d absolutely buy these again and would recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their patio without spending a fortune. ... show more

  • Overall nice umbrella. Knocked a star off for sturdiness tho.
Color: Tan
I would have given 5 stars except for the "spokes" are rather flimsy. Sometimes when I go to open the umbrella it will bind up if the spokes aren't perfectly aligned. They are weak and made of thin aluminum, with play in the pivot points. So IF you feel a binding, or tension when you go to crank open the umbrella I'd suggest you STOP... check the spoke brackets and straighten them out if necessary. Because they are thin lightweight aluminum it won't take much to break one. I plan to leave the umbrella open almost all the time. So with limited raise and lowering, plus not being in a very windy location I think I will be fine. But if I was planning on opening and closing it on a daily basis, or it was out in a windy location I would be concerned about how long it will last. PRO: Value for money is good. The umbrella fabric looks nice, and should remain taut. The crank mechanism seems to be of decent quality, as is the tilt button. The pole is a nice looking dark brown. CON: Lack of sturdiness in the spokes. Play in the pivot points of the spokes. FYI: Stands about 7.5 feet from bottom of pole to top of umbrella. The pole is 1.5" in diameter. The overall diameter given of the fabric is measured at it's widest point (spoke to spoke). The 7.5' model measured from the flat sides has a 6' diameter. ... show more

  • Have had the white ones for 5 years now and they;re still holding up!
Color: Beige
I have had these for 5 years now and have been out year round on my back porch and are exposed to about 6-8 hours of intense sun in the summer. They get a lot of tree sap and debris falling on them from close by oak and redwood trees, but that always seems to come off (likely from intense sun) yet the fabric has held up remarkably well without fading (they are pure white though). The black framing has not faded or rusted at all and all mechanisms work fine still. They are closed most of the winter except on warm and sunny days. I have a couple of umbrella lights attached to them on the inside as well and those never get wet when the umbrellas are closed even in torrential downpours with howling wind. They've also taken beatings from wind and have been ripped from their zip ties to the railings and have not broken. A few stiches have come loose but I've stapled them back and they're fine. At the rate they're going, they'll probably last another 5 years. Not a bad investment for the price! ... show more

  • Sturdy & Perfect Size!
Color: Tan
Perfect for a four chair medium size table top. It was sturdy and strong, made with steel poles and assembly. The crank is solid, tilts which I won’t use, fits perfectly into the base I had and doesn’t flap in the wind. I live at 5000 feet where we get strong wind gusts, which this should stand up to with ease. When assembling pit the base pole in first, secure it to the base, then easily snap the umbrella pole into place. If you have an old wooden umbrella toss it out, this one is perfect and worth the money! ... show more

  • You get what you pay for
Color: Teal Blue
I bought two last year and used them for about four months. I took them out to put up and found they had faded slightly but still looked ok. My daughter helped put them in the stands and did not know to "click" them in. A breeze picked an umbrella up and it broke when it fell on the ground. This was not wind throwing it across the lawn, but a breeze lifting it and dropping it just a few feet away from the stand. So, they are not sturdy. Also, from last year's observation, they collect water in the pole which rusts the metal, then rusty water pours out when you open them. The rusty water stains the deck and base if not rinsed away. They are cheap, easy to use, and provide shade, but you get what you pay for. ... show more
