Very nice umbrella. Easy to set up and use. First umbrella came with a bent pole that I couldn't see until after assembly. Returned it and got a replacement. 2nd one came without any problems. No complaints so far (only had it a couple of weeks). As others have done, I just used some pavers to hold the base down and it has worked fine so far. This one came a lot cheaper than most other options I could find. Seems to work well for our needs. I hope the color doesn't fade. 5 stars so far, will update if the color fades in time.

Ordered umbrella and it came within days. Upon assembly, a key part was missing that attaches the umbrella body to the base. I started the return process, but had already destroyed the box so I decided to reach out to the seller. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually heard back from them. I explained my issue and they indicated they would send missing part. Next day I received FedEx tracking number. Part came from China, but got to me in a week. Upon arrival, the part fit perfectly and I had the umbrella up within the hour. Appears to be great quality...considering the price and I am very pleased with my purchase. If it only lasts 2+ summers in the Phoenix heat, I am money ahead and will just purchase a new unit for this price. The seller was most helpful at resolving missing part issue.

The box came slightly damaged and we ended up losing a few of the washers as a result. Luckily, there was no damage to the frame or the fabric. It was super easy to put together. Instead of spending over $100 on the weights for the base, I went to home depot and bought four 12"x12"×2.5" pavers that weighed about 26lbs each and cost a total of $12. I had to chip away one of the corners on each one to make sure it fit snug into the nook of the base, which took about half an hour (so that I didnt mess up and crack it in half or something weird) and it was totally worth it. We have already had crazy storms and high gusts of wind, and no issues with the umbrella getting damaged or tipping.

LOVE this umbrella! Made extremely well and so far has not faded or given me ANY issues at all. I have had it almost all summer with no fading what so ever. It did not move or fall over during extreme winds that knocked over trees and split power poles. I LOVE that it rotates with the morning and afternoon sun. I made the mistake of keeping my old base that I had used on an older umbrella like this that did not rotate and wondered if I put the umbrella together wrong. Then I saw the umbrella base that they recommended and saw what the issue was. I did not get that base but another one that was similar and it works great.

It's heavy enough in the box that moving it any distance is a 2-person job. Once unboxed, it only took about 20 minutes to assemble. There aren't directions for assembly, just a parts list, but that's enough tog et the right bolts in the right place if you check the list. This is a killer value compared to other units. Once set up, I realized just how important it is to have the base weighted. just letting the top go out is enough to overbalance the unit with no weights. The advice in other reviews to get pavers from Home Depot is GENIUS! Go for the plain grey pavers about 16 inches square and 2 inches thick. They fit over the base edges nicely and provide plenty of weight. We've only had it a few days but it's very easy to use, nicely adjustable, and we hope the fabric stands up to sun well. We're looking forward to many summer days under it.

No problems with the delivery and it was easy enough to assemble. I had some 16 in. 4x4's laying around so I used them to anchor the base in. The only concern I have so far is that it doesn’t seem particularly stable in a gusty breeze. I understand you shouldn’t have it open on a very windy day but one day there was a steady breeze, around 10 to 15 mph, with higher gusts, maybe 20 mph or a little more, and I folded it up because when the gusts came through it didn't seem like it could handle it. It was fine through the breeze alone. Maybe I am being overly cautious. We'll see as the summer goes on. Otherwise, it works very well for what I need. I also got the Becheln Cantilever Umbrella Cover, and it fits very well.

Was going to exchange but was afraid replacement would be damaged worse. Damaged in shipping. Sent as a gift and was disappointed. Still functional and gift recipient loves it. Very easy to use and otherwise sturdy.
