The hardware that came in the box does not fit and unable to assemble. Either the bolts need to be shorter or they shouldn't include lock nuts.

I purchased the 48" hoop with cover as a surprise for my husband. But, it takes two people to steady the sides while getting the screws in with the nuts. The instructions are NOT helpful. First of all, there are (3) different sizes of screws that are sent all together and not marked. My husband was smart enough to have me print out an actual picture of it put together so we could tell where the cross bars were to screw in and how the holes that join the two pieces at the top come together. That screw in particular was very hard to thread with the nut because of how close it is to the bars and tight in space overall. Perhaps we didn't put it together correctly but nothing instructed us any different. For such a simple structure, the instructions do not do it any service. I like the end result but this company needs to have an instructional writer work on the directions and label everything with steps. Good thing I like it once put together. Cover is nice and has a velcro closure at the front for easy access to the wood. ... show more

Awful assembly!! This comes with tools you don't even need... it comes with an allen wrench, but there are no allen head screws supplied! The "Instructions" aren't even instructions - they are literally a supply list with a blurry diagram. This comes with stop bolts, so they can't be tightened down correctly. If you're handy, you can certainly figure out how to put this together! My husband had to use his own tools & supplies though - he used his own wratchet, screw driver, bolts & nuts to put this together. Once it's together, it's nice looking - but I honestly don't know how well this will weather though. It seems like it may rust easily. I plan to have it sitting on my covered patio where it will get some protection from the elements. It is a good enough size for holding just a bit of firewood for backyard campfires... and that's exactly what I intended to use this for. But - buyer beware - if you do not have access to your own tools, then I would pass on purchasing this and find something else that is easily put together!! ... show more
