One of the best features is the integrated pump, which simplifies the whole process since you don't have to keep track of extra parts. I measured it against my standard bedroom mattress, and it is a true queen size with virtually identical dimensions. The built-in power cord compartment is also well-designed, featuring a small cutout so the door can close completely while the cord is plugged in. Just keep in mind that the pump doesn't have an auto-shutoff feature, so you'll need to stay close by during the three-minute inflation process to ensure you don't overfill it. In terms of performance, the pump works great on standard 120V AC power. I did attempt to use a small 90 Wh portable power station, but it couldn't provide enough continuous current to keep the pump running for more than a minute at a time; you’ll likely need a higher-capacity power station if you plan to use this off-grid. As for comfort, the top surface has a firm, compartmented feel that I really like. However, the top edges compress quite easily under weight. If you’re like me and prefer sleeping right up to the edge, you might feel a bit of a "sliding off" sensation due to that lack of edge support. I like having an air mattress on hand for emergency purposes and the one that I have required a separate purchase for an inflator/deflator. This air mattress has everything you need and more. WHAT YOU GET This air mattress comes with everything you need. The queen sized mattress comes in a storage bag with strap handles and a closing drawstring. In addition to the mattress, you get an instruction manual and 2 repair patch squares. SET UP AND PERFORMANCE I love that the inflating/deflating device incorporated into the side of the mattress. There is a panel that houses a power cord and has a dial that turns to inflate, deflate, and stop the motor. It took a little over 2 minutes to fully inflate the mattress and about 3 1/2 minutes to deflate it enough to easily fold up for placing in the storage bag. The bed has a soft top and the edges around the entire bed are raised. I found the bed offering a good amount of support and feeling relatively comfortable for an air mattress. I also like the sleep space offered by the queen size; most mattresses I’ve either slept on or have owned are twin sized and too small and narrow for my liking. The only issue I had was the draw string on the bag broke, but that was no big deal. Considering the size and built-iin inflate/deflate mechanism, I find this being an excellent value. ... show more

This mattress works as expected, and I'd consider it a very well-rounded option for guests or travel. Here’s the breakdown of my experience: One of the standout features that really "makes" this bed is the internal pump. It handles automatic inflation quickly, but the automatic deflation is the real game-changer. It sucks all the air out completely, which made rolling it up and sliding it back into the included storage bag surprisingly easy. If you’ve never used a blow up mattress without the deflation feature, you know how challenging it can be to pack it back up and fully deflate it when you're done using it. The included instructions are clear and straight forward, if you've never used a blow up mattress before, but everything is pretty intuitive. As a queen size mattress, it’s great for one person to spread out or for two people to sleep on comfortably. The pump is about as loud as any other standard air mattress—nothing unexpected there. There was a slight "new plastic" smell upon opening, but it wasn't overpowering and dissipated fairly quickly. Even my dogs seemed to enjoy the surface and found it comfortable! One thing to keep in mind with any air mattress is that the air inside can get quite cold overnight. I highly recommend placing an extra layer or two (like a thick blanket or mattress pad) on top of the mattress to insulate yourself from the cold air underneath. Pros: - Automatic inflation AND deflation (very fast teardown). - Fits back into the storage bag without a struggle. - Durable enough for (small) pets. Cons: - Slight initial plastic odor.
