I’ve had this in my mushroom greenhouse for the entire winter! The humidity levels jumps between 65-90 while using an ultrasonic humidifier. It has easily kept the temps between 55-65 all winter long up here in the Pacific Northwest and kept my small mushroom farm running right thru the winter. The fan barely blows and produces very little heat. Looks awesome but its more like a 500 watt heater! After further use of this product I have changed my mind. It works fine, it just takes awhile to heat up. Its doing a great job in my greenhouse!

as i write this review i think still to early to tell atm this is a personal direct type of tool here how the company say's this suppose to warm up a room and persons reviews saying they use it to warm up a room and they say it works i never know i do know it is helpful for 1 person at a time warm up idea you have it pointing towards you i say no more then 2 or 3 or 4 feet away from you and it takes about 10 maybe 15 mins maybe longer before it reaches its peak don't know how well it will do when you go to sleep and leave it running have not tried that yet all in all will have to see how fair it will do when winter is fully upon me here in the u.s. i update my review once i make more discoverers i am sure you all would like a more complete report *update* 8-11-2025 ok have had it for a few winters now with its slow rpm this is a wonderful all day heater to use this is one that don't get turned off if you want a warm home or where ever you need heat i do recommend this if you need all day and all night heat ... show more

I bought this heater for my finances greenhouse back in September 2023 and it only lasted until the begining of January 2024!!! The switch the controls the temperature broke!! At first this heater did a pretty good job keeping our little 10' greenhouse warm and I did like it until now. I went and bought a different heater of a different brand to pair with this one because I live in a very cold state during the winter and literally the very day I received my new heater this one took a crap!!! Thank God I bought a different brand. I realized it wasn't heating up and that the knob seemed to be loose and when I picked it up I heard something inside the control panel rattling around and it turned out to be the metal piece the knob makes contact with to control the heat had broken off and was just laying inside. DO NOT BUY THIS HEATER SPEND THE EXTRA $40-$50 TO GET A BETTER BRAND!!! NO WONDER AMAZON PUT A NOTIFICATION UP SAYING THAT THIS ITEM IS FREQUENTLY RETURNED!!!! AND OF COURSE THIS DANG THING BREAKS AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSED SO NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP. IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD BUT SINCE I HAVE TO GIVE IT AT LEAST ONE STAR JUST TO POST THIS REVIEW THEN I GUESS THATS WHAT IT GETS!!!     • I See Dead Plants!

The heater worked fine for my 160sqft greenhouse. However, it only lasted for 3 seasons. It worked well throught the coldest nights but failed when the temps weren't the coldest. I lost some plants because the heating coil stopped working. Instead of the heater shutting off completely, the fan still ran so it appeared as though all was well until I saw dead plants. We bought this to replace a space heater we were using in our small greenhouse. It's been 24 hours and there's no doubt that a greenhouse heater is far better and safer than a cheap space heater. This heater is so far keeping the greenhouse at a consistent 85 degrees when set on low and at maximum temp. It's wonderfully quiet. The fan is strong but not too strong. It's a solid heater fan, well made. Let's see if its lasts without conking out like so many made in China products do. If it does, I'll update this review. ... show more

    • There is no actual temperature control

Better to get a heater with thermostat control. I was having to go to the green house all night to unjust the temperature up as the temp dropped outside, using this heater in an approximately 5' x 5' x 6' greenhouse. I don't know what they mean in their description by "the desired room temperature," but this heater does not have a place where you can set an actual temperature. It also does not turn off automatically when it hits a certain temperature. It appears, so far while I've used it, that turning the setting halfway between Min and Max keeps the greenhouse at about 20ﾟ above what the outside temperature is. The outside temperature overnight was about 51ﾟ and greenhouse temperature stayed at about 71ﾟ . But I overslept until around noon, the outside temperature went up to 64ﾟ, and at that point the temperature in the greenhouse was at 84, too hot for my little seedlings. I gave it to my son for his one car garage, and it is adequate as long as he is in the garage to watch it. ... show more
