Good affordable home option. But it’s lacking the professional quality of a commercial gym. It’s angled a little too low, and the lowest setting is still too high for a girls frame. It falls perfectly with your hips if you’re over 5’6”. But for the price, I can’t really fault those things. I purchased this for my boyfriend anyway. It was packed well, and didn’t take too long to build either so overall I would recommend this product. Just don’t expect everything for a little bit.

I got this yesterday and put it together, after looking up instructions online, since it didn’t come with instructions. It didn’t come with the screws to put the handle bars on either. Other than those twos issues, it’s a solid piece of equipment and I will not be returning it. I will contact the company and ask for the right screws so I can attach the bars for dips though Update: the screws were there! I figured it out the next day. It’s a great piece of equipment! It’s heavier than expected, which is good

For the price it’s very good value, but the assembly directions are vague and it is, by design, rather wobbly. I’ve assembled a lot of gym equipment in the past and the lockpin mechanism for this piece makes no sense.

I’ve always, ALWAYS had a great experience with Sunny products. That’s the reason I purchased this on 2/25/23. The assembly wasn’t difficult, everything came in the package and I didn’t have to contact anyone, as per usual. It’s lightweight (which may not be the best thing, I later learned) and easy to store. My main use for this item was for hyperextension of my back... forget using it for dips as it’s not well-balanced and flimsy. I get a great workout with the hyperextensions, which I do twice a week… only. Previously, my only gripe with this machine was the pads at the topmost portion. They would make for a discomforting experience for the male reproductive organs even at the highest setting. I did find a way around that, so no complaints. Also, I’m 6’6”, roughly 200 pounds; the dip portion is a gimmick. What I DO find inexcusable is the poor build quality. Initially, things were working perfectly fine. For a while now, I noticed that my feet were moving at the bottommost portion of the machine meant to keep one’s feet stable. I disregarded it… I was still able to get my workout in and figured it was just my flip-flops. A few days ago, I learned that the machine had totally come apart (see attached photos). The foot support literally is hanging on by a thin thread of steel… like I was opening a can of corned beef. Quality control ought to be stripped of their credentials. You know, I feel some kind of way about paying decent money for things that don’t last. There is absolutely no reason why this should break. God knows how long it’s been broken… just my naïve mind disregarded it for probably a whole year. Smh. I actually bought another one for a family member… I turned around and took it back from them a few days ago. I’ll just wait for that one to peel itself apart like this one. Being that I still got a great workout from this machine, I was tempted to give it 2 stars, but man, no. I was impressed enough originally and paid for 2? Cut them 2 stars in half; 1 out of 1 star. Reader, beware. Do your research, and go elsewhere… take your time and look at some of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. I had my fill of doing such today. =( We paid our hard-earned dollars for this thing and deserve much better. I hope this helps you in making your purchase. Have a great day! Z.

Once again Sunny delivers. It is well built and designed. Great adjustment features. Really good stability and easy to move around. This is ideal for a small room. It is not bulky. This was selected with that in mind. If you have the space spend the extra money for larger unit. I am 5 10 and it is a good size. If you’re taller I would consider one that is larger, better padding, larger foot pad and larger framing. So far the back extension portion of the unit works well. There are multiple advantages to the adjustments once can make. The dipping bar is great and handled my weight well. No unit shake. The unit does not move. The padding is ok not the greatest. The foot rest is generally okay but wish it was wider and one piece. I found it easy to put together. And they group the parts separately to help build each section. Good directions.
