I love the look of this version compared to the big blue ones. The filter works well but you do have to keep the filter clean and replace it every couple weeks. It also takes a lot of chlorine to maintain water quality. But the size is perfect for two adults to lounge on floats.

This actually is a really nice little pool. The pump is small but works well and the cycles water at a much faster rate than I anticipated. The bottom diameter of the pool is about 11’6 and the top ring is a about 10’5 across. It’s shape is more like a cauldron, which I think is great. That shape actually provides the pool stability more so than the top inflatable ring. The top ring does leak slowly, but as long as we add a little air before the kids play it isn’t a problem at all for us. The sides are very thick and durable. The bottom is much thinner, so site preparation is very important. We placed our pool on exposed aggregate concrete, with EVA interlocking gym pads underneath. We also purchased those from Amazon. They protect the pool bottom and feel nice on the bottom when swimming. Pool water chemistry has been a bit of a learning curve but we have adjusted accordingly. I check it daily with test strips and our water stays clean and clear. My 6 yr old daughter and 4 yr old twin boys love love love it. :) My only regret is that I didn’t get the 14’ larger option because we had the space, and it was only 20 bucks more. The pool total height is 36 inches but the water height inside is right about 30 inches. Perfect for my smaller kids to stand comfortably and play, but deep enough to swim underwater. All things considered, it was a great purchase that I recommend, and would totally buy again. :) ps... we got the brown basket weave and I think it looks great and blends in well with the house and yard.     • Filters last less than a week, are unavailable or if available expensive. Pump pitiful.
After two months, I'm taking down the pool because it's a hassle to maintain. The dimensions are not accurate. If you think the water is going to be at 36 inches when you get in , think again. Maybe about mid thigh high. There is no skimmer, so big items like leaves, bugs, etc will sink to bottom. The filter will clog in less than a week and causes the water to stop cycling. The pump is pathetic, and is not strong enough. Filters are expensive when and if you can find them. Had to attempt wash old filters, but fine particles get stuck and cannot be rinsed out. The location of the valve where to inflate the inflate able ring is difficult to use, either with a hand pump our by oral attempts. You can get get it full, but my the time you go to plug it, you lose air. Maintaining this pool is both a money pit and a time suck hole. ... show more

    • Read instructions when cleaning filter
Had a heck of a time getting a seal on the filter lid after cleaning it. Have to use petroleum jelly at the gasket in order for the lid to tighten. Make sure you find a very level place. Pump is puny and the hoses are made of thin brittle plastic that won’t last more than 1 season. The pump isn’t strong enough to keep debris from trees from gathering on the bottom…I’ve been cleaning this manually. I put mine under a tree because I really wanted shade, but it’s been a lot of work. Bought an Entex cover that has really been a hassle to use. ... show more

This pool has been great so far. We purchased at the beginning of May and have almost gotten daily use towards the end of May now. It was very easy to set up and just right for 2 girls ages 9 & 7! We easily fit a family of 4 into this too without feeling crammed in. Mom & Dad have even taken advantage of it alone without kids. This is our 1st time with a step up from “kiddie pools” and our 1st time using pumps and chlorine tabs etc. The instructions were very easy to follow and so far we haven’t wound up with a “green pool!” The price was very reasonable! I recommend this for anyone stepping up into a bigger sized small pool. Our kids LOVE IT! Great for cooling off on hot days! ... show more

This came on Wednesday but I Didn’t see it until Thursday after work - I opened it today to surprise my kids and set it all up (which was not too terrible but I’d say should be a 2 person job). I started to fill it while I went to get my kids from school and when I got back there was evidence of a hole which I was able to find. Other than that it looks and feels good. I contacted the seller and I’m hoping they do right by this and send a new pool (pump appears fine but I haven’t fully turned it on since water is not to that level).
