This is a perfect pool for my family! I didn't write a review right away because I wanted to see how it would hold up! NO LEAKS! No trouble putting it together. I LOVE IT! ❤ So does my family. I'm purchasing color changing lights from Amazon to put up over the pool. I just received my solar color changing lights today. Can't wait to see how it looks together. Want to put plants 🪴 around the pool. We're just starting to redo the yard. Photo of pool after rain storm so it's a little leafy. More pictures when complete! The Raccons keep climbing the ladder to drink from pool haven't caught them yet. Just their little sandy foot prints left behind! Pool filter is a piece of garbage! It quite working. My husband took it apart. it actually has a little aquarium propeller in it. This is good for a 20 gallon aquarium but not a pool filter! I'm not happy I gave to search for a new filter at the end of the season. My husband can fix anything. Fingers crossed! But it sounds like I have to find a new filter. Anyone purchasing this pool save yourself the heartache 💔 & buy a good filter. It took us 3 to 4 hrs. To put the pool together. Be prepared! I agree with other reviews, I don't like the latter. It needs some work. My husband is afraid I'm going to bust my head open on the concrete. It's just not stable! I love ❤ my pool but these 2 things need work. So glad we bought this pool! Easy to set up and get started. Make sure you have a level area to set it up on. All parts were there and only took a day to get it going. Only complaint is the pump - it’s not very good at circulating the water. We will likely upgrade to a bigger pump/filtration system next summer. We have been using salt water and it’s worked well for us so far! ... show more

    • Pool is great! Pump is not!

The pool arrived on time! The box claimed a 30-minute setup. False! LOL! It takes that long to unpack and lay everything out. ;) However, the setup was fairly easy. I did put an underlayment down, as the pool is on my patio and despite cleaning it thoroughly, I didn’t want to run any risks of a pebble puncturing the bottom. It seems quite sturdy; it handles the rambunctious activity of 10, 11, and 13 year old boys. The bad news? The pump that comes with it is inadequate. The flow is minimal, not really allowing the water to circulate well. And a month in, the pump has gone kaput. It powers on, but no water flow in/out. I’ve disassembled and reassembled it, no luck. One would think that a quality pump would accompany such a pool, but now I’m left to purchase a whole new pump to ensure my pool doesn’t turn into a swampy cesspool of crap. The cover that comes with it is quite tricky and not a 1-person job. And the strings that are threaded in the top to cinch it don’t have any kind of “stop” on them, so they’re easily pulled within the liner, never to be seen again unless you can somehow manage to rethread it in without damaging the cover. It did say a ground cover was supplied, but there wasn’t one in the box. No biggie. Found a giant tarp at Lowe’s. The ladder could be a little sturdier, but so far, so good. Overall, happy with the purchase! Just take the other reviewer’s word and invest in a better pump right up front and avoid the frustration! ... show more

The cover came with the pool but it was the wrong size. I need them to send me a cover that will fit my pool. I need that for safety reasons. I have grandchildren and it needs to be covered at times. The one I have is too small. All and all I like the pool. How do I get one from you, I need it as soon as possible. I am a prime customer. I purchased my pool in January 2023, didn't set it up or turn the pump on until July 2023, the pump is defective - I have been on and off the phone with Bestway, they seem to know there is a defect with the pump, my claim was approved; however, they didn't ask for an address to ship the new pump, the new pump comes without a warranty, I spoke with "Joe" tonight, after being on hold for almost an hour, they will fed-ex the pump but will take approximately 5 day to receive, I asked him where they were going to ship it?? I did provide my address tonight, in the meantime, I have to continue to dump chemicals into the pool, the water is becoming cloudy and algae is gathering in the hoses, which are not replaced with the new pump, I have to pay for the water in the pool or to replace it and I have to pay for the chemicals to try to salvage the water - Bestway is not willing to help with any additional burden - per "Joe" "unfortunately we don't help with any of that". I would reconsider this company. I am unable to answer the ease of assemble question as I paid for someone to set the pull up and unable to answer as to sturdiness because we are unable to use the pool. Second pump has quit working Company per Allison supervisor the pump designed to handle this pool, does not filter water but moves it, they would like me to do a "cut cord" and send to them and pay for new pump to be sent - I have documentation pump is under warranty and they argue that I don't - I will submit documentation to info@bestwaycorp.com If I do a cut cord because of defective pump - my water turns green again and I have hundreds of dollars in chemicals and replacing the water again for the 4th time - I hope you are having better luck This is not a small purchase but an investment and neither Amazon or Bestway is willing to stand behind this purchase ... show more

This pool is easy to set up. Easy to maintain. And we built a small deck next to it and enjoyed it all summer. Until I accidentally backed the camper into it and it ripped into pieces. Now we are Sad.
