  • Nothing fancy but does the job well! Nothing fancy but does the job well!
We bought this pool in July 2023. We took it down the first winter because we wanted to level the ground a little more. Next winter left it up and prepped it for winter, and then used it in the summer, was perfect, no issues. Took it down this year (2025) because I messed up the water (long story) and we will put it back up in May. We live in central Indiana so our winters are really unpredictable but so far I’m extremely impressed and happy with this pool. Filter is good for the size, and for the people that say the filter is garbage that just means you’re not using it correctly and changing your filter when you’re supposed to. It’s very simple to use set up and take down. I highly recommend this product! It’s just me and my husband, so it’s great for cooling down after a long day working in the yard or if you just want to chill and float around. Love this pool. It’s my favorite part of our yard!! ... show more

  • Tips from a noob
Pools in general will provide a learning curve to any person diving into pool knowledge. With the proper setup the only thing you will ever have to possibly worry about is balanced chemicals. This is my first pool and I'm learning A LOT. I've had this pool for a close to a month. I've visited MANY forums on pool care and upkeep. Already I'm learning how much of a task it is. The pool handles well. The frame is sturdy. The value is good. BUT you get what you pay for. A 400 dollar pool is nice but it comes with a caveat. The pump/filter. This pump is not adequate enough. I've found that balancing my chemicals is much easier when I run the pump 2 times a day. That's maxing it out at the 10 hours on the timer twice a day. Getting a pool this cheap, the liner is fine, the frame is fine, but the pump; if you plan on keeping this pool for multiple seasons....you HAVE to upgrade the pump. In the Southwest, where we get a lot of dirt and dust it's proving to be a task. The filter gets gunked up REALLY FAST. It cannot handle the workload. The water in my pool was fine at the start and began to get cloudy. My chemical levels were good but the water was still cloudy. I resorted to constantly running the pump for 2 10 hour runs and my water cleared up. The chemicals need a pump adequate enough to mix them around and keep everything balanced. I would argue, that any above ground pool "complete" kit you get, you'll have to replace the pump anyway. The pump included simply isn't strong enough for this 15ft pool. You're going have to spend more money on a reliable pump. Honestly, you might not have to spend that much money for a good pump. But if you want to stretch out how many seasons your above ground pool lasts...get a better pump. Also, if you're laying your pool on top of concrete and your concrete isn't one complete slab and has separations in it like grout lines...fill those gaps with sand so the liner doesn't sink in. I made that mistake and now my liner is conforming to those lines in my concrete. Having a completely level surface is nice, especially when you're trying to vacuum the bottom of the pool. The pool in itself i GREAT! But, I cannot recommend it without also telling anyone they will eventually replace the pump. IMO, the sooner the better. ... show more

  • Good pool
Very easy setup and nice pool quality. Pump I would highly recommend upgrading due to it not enough circulation capacity for bigger pool.

  • A regrettable purchase
I thought this would be a cheap way to make our backyard in Phoenix more enjoyable. It was for about a month. Now that summer is fully upon us, it has proved to be a nightmare to maintain. If I cover it, the water gets too hot, like 110 deg F. Uncovered, the chlorine evaporates in a few days and algae starts growing. The cover wont stay on anyways. It takes 20 mins to install, and blows off as soon as a gust hits it. The filter in the pump can't handle algae. It gets clogged up in a few hours. Having to plug all the ports in the sidewall, so I can take the pump apart to clean it daily, is not fun. Since the returns are halfway up the sidewalls, it doesn't really get much algae out anyways. I tried dealing with it. I killed the algae, bought a vacuum to try to remove it, but I finally have decided I just have to drain it. That was made easy since the junk hoses that plumb the returns and inlet to the pump, have all cracked from UV exposure. So half the water drained out last night. Overall the thing is just not made very well. The liner is pretty thin, the frame isn't super sturdy, the pump sucks, the ladder is wobbly, the cover sucks, and the hoses can't handle any sun exposure. I would highly recommend looking at a different brand and a higher end option. Get something with a sand filter and better materials all around if you want it to last. All in I have easily spent over $1k between this pool, a liner, skimmer, brush, vacuum, chemicals, new hoses, etc..., and I think we went in it less than a dozen times. 0/10. ... show more

  • Six years old and still going strong! Six years old and still going strong!
I purchased this pool in 2020 and it is STILL going strong! We have had to swap for a different pump but the frame and liner have held strong every day for the last six years! If you’re on the fence, this one is well worth the money in my opinion! We might be looking into getting a new one next year because our kids have outgrown this one. ... show more

  • Works perfect
Pool is about a month old; set up was easy; pump/filter keeps the pool clean and clear; kids LOVE it. Update: pool liner and pump work well. Frame shows a bit of surface rust. Previous pool frames did not rust like this one. Frame remains solid as my kids are not gentle. Major negative: the hoses used for the pump (both suction and discharge) have all cracked and leak profusely. I lost about 1000 gallons one night due to one developing a large Crack. You will need replacement hoses if where you live has long summers. ... show more

  • Seam let go
After the first year the seam let go and it was very hard to patch . Lost 1/2 the water and it took 1/2 the summerto refill. The pump isway undersized .Fix the seams and add a little larger pump and it would br a 5 star.
