So far VERY pleased with the pool. Site prep is EVERYTHING! We did a hard compact dirt pad with a layer of sand and pavers for support under each post. We got it perfectly flat, to within 1/16” going off the water level. We took two days just prepping the pad and a day to set up and fill the pool, so take your time, and it will be worth it. My sister has the same pool from two years ago, and since then, they have made even more improvements. The connections are great. Easy to assemble. I put this up myself and took me about an hour, but more people is recommended by the manufacturer and will speed up the process. The pump that comes with it is adequate, but be prepared to clean out the paper filter each day. We plan to upgrade to a larger sand filter. The ladder is of good quality as well, and is a great bonus to this kit. All in all, please with what comes with the kit, it’s quality, for a reasonable price.

exceeded expectations. Pool was very east to put up and bring to life. looks good, no leaks no issues. I had to buy a Vevor 3000 gph sand pump and get rid of the practically useless pump it comes with, but I knew that ahead of time. The actual pool itself is great. Lots of fun so far.

Save your money and spare yourself the headache—DO NOT BUY THIS POOL. I spent a full day assembling this pool on a completely flat, clear surface. My kids got to enjoy it for one single day after waiting overnight for it to fill. By the very next night, the base of the pool burst entirely on its own. The resulting flood completely ruined my backyard and flooded my basement. Here is what makes this experience even worse: Zero Accountability: I contacted customer service immediately to request reimbursement for the heavy damage to my home and asked them to send an inspector. Their response? They offered a simple replacement part and told me to send pictures so they could "investigate" remotely. No Communication: I’ve followed up repeatedly requesting reimbursement for the damages, and now they are completely ignoring my replies. Unpaid Labor: As a handyman, I now have to spend days out of my own schedule fixing my basement and restoring my destroyed yard—all because of a defectively manufactured product. Disassembly Effort: It took another full day just to clean up and disassemble this mess. This is easily one of the worst products I have ever purchased. A pool should not burst on its second day on level ground. Avoid this product at all costs unless you want a flooded home and non-existent customer support!

Pool was easy to assemble. I’m a female and did it myself in less than an hour. My family has been enjoying it every day the last couple weeks. My only complaint is the liner seam. On the inside where the floor meets the wall there is a long overhang that flaps back and forth and I need to clean underneath and on top of it each time I vacuum. A little annoying but not a deal breaker. I like the design on the liner, except the darker, small specs. Always tricks me into thinking there’s dirt on the bottom of the pool but it’s just the design.

I love the height of my new pool. I can actually swim around in it. Set up takes about an hour with 2 p. The pump works well but I recommend cleaning the filter every few days.

So with sad news I rated this pool a 3 1/2. I loved this pool so much it could've been a 5. Set up was super easy although the instructions and some pieces described was not for my exact pool I was able to figure it out on my own. Set /assembly didn't take too long. Delivery was quicker than expected. The biggest issue was after fully setting up pool and beginning to fill it up. It wasnt even 5% water and I noticed a leak. Very small hole in the frame or pool which yu can tell was there previously. I even had such high hopes I bought with my own money glue and pool tape to repair and as water is currently in there almost 85% full i am noticing it still has a slow leak. This sucks. Its a nice durable pool. To have to unassemble maybe buy a new one assemble the new one and possibly have same issue is a let down plus using my water to keep filling new pools up is crazy. I dont know what do I can search for more small holes and try to patch but thats time consuming. Nice pretty decent size pool but the defect outweighs this :(
