Should I Buy It?

If you're seeking a relatively affordable pool option and are prepared for potential assembly challenges, this pool could offer good value, especially with a professional installation. • Great quality pool.
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
I had the pool professionally installed, but finding an installer to do it was a challenge, as they have contracts with pool places. The installer stated he was surprised where I bought the pool & it’s great quality. It’s just as good as the pool places selling 6,000.00 pools for a fraction of the cost. I ordered pool sand for underneath from my local landscaping place & paid to have it delivered too. Look up how much you’ll need online for the specs of your pool. Purchase sand for the filter, because it doesn’t come with it. I also purchased separately cushions for the bottom corners. As a previous pool owner for 14 years, I was familiar with the process. There’s no point in investing your money to not install it properly & expect it to last or give it a bad review. The liner wasn’t a bad one, but after reading reviews before buying, I didn’t want to risk finding out if it was good or not on the day of installation. I bought a heavy gauge one with a pattern instead. The ladder isn’t sturdy, it’s not child proof & a hassle to assemble. I will be buying a better one this summer, but it was useable. Use caution with the ladder is my advice. The filter was big enough to keep my pool clean & I had to buy a hose for vacuuming, the pool package came with attachment to go over the basket hole though. i also use a solar cover & swear by it. It keeps my pool clean, does heat it up & keeps the heat in at night & reduces chlorine from being drained from the sun. The solar covers only last for me for about two years but are we’ll worth it I feel. The caps are a hard resin, but from what I seen at pool places this is the new product. They are sturdy & nothing to be concerned about, as many name brand pool manufacturers are utilizing this resin now. I know many have installed the pool themselves, but they also haven’t done so properly from what I read. If you do it on your own plan on a big project & do it right. Dig down, use sand, go the right route & this pool will last. I’m extremely satisfied and saved more than half the money I would’ve if I went to a pool place. ... show more

  • The pump doesn't work
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
The pool is good but everything else doesn't work, I assembled the pool a week ago and the water filter pump is throwing sand inside the pool it was damaged very quickly

  • Instructions are a JOKE. ladder is the biggest piece of junk ever.
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
The pool is nice. Instructions are a joke to say the least. The whole pool was easier to assemble with online videos.it took twice the time to assemble because of poor instructions on all sections.(pool, ladder, pump) Ladder is unstable on all surfaces and shakes a lot. The outside removable steps wobble and fall off while on them.REALLY UNSAFE LADDER for all sizes and shapes. Claims to hold over 300 pounds. Ladder wobbles with children under 100 pounds on it. Pool liner in thin and plain blue. Pool pump seems to work well with plenty of pressure to circulate the water. The skimmer is several inches below top of wall so more like 48 inches of water for skimmer to work properly.real metal wall so pool is sturdy with many kids in it. ... show more

  • Very happy with this pool.
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had a smaller build it yourself pool and it was time for an upgrade. I wanted something that had actual sturdy sides because we have dogs. We read a lot of reviews and were prepared with 3 adults to help build it. As we unrolled the side we put chairs around the inside to help avoid it falling over and it worked great. The track was a bit tough. Directions didn’t explain to leave a little space on each track so we had to roll it back up and start over when we got to the end and it overlapped by inches. Also the instructions could have been more clear about leaving the black piece on the liner and then adding the other pieces over top. The ladder was missing a piece so we never put it together. Luckily we had a ladder from the old pool. Now that it’s built I love it! The same filter was an upgrade with our old one being 0.3hp and the new being 0.5hp and the difference is night and day. It has so much more power and is working well. I have already recommended the pool to others. ... show more

  • Decent but definitely room for improvement
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
This pool is very sturdy but I would recommend eating your Wheaties before trying to set this thing up. The wall is one piece of solid sheet metal in a big roll. I wasn't missing any pieces but where I made my pad out of sand the tracks were constantly filling with sand while trying to set the wall in the bottom track. Also wooden stakes are a must to ensure the wall stays upright while unrolling. Once you get past the obstacle of getting the wall in the lower track this thing flies together and the rest is fairly simple. But some kind of paver padding or weed mat will be necessary to keep the track from filling up. Once together though I would recommend a new ladder because the one sent is incredibly flimsy the pump and filter are adequate but if you can get your hands on a larger one it won't hurt. But all in all once constructed it is sturdy and looks really nice. Its a decent deal for the money, but just a warning at least 2 hefty folks are needed to set this thing up. ... show more

  • Best purchase ever
Size: 21' Style: Phoenix
Absolutely love this pool. Only thing is, we tried to install with 4 adults, but we live on water with no trees and it was impossible. Paid extra to have it installed. We did upgrade the liner to a thicker liner. Well worth it.

  • Perfect Backyard Upgrade for the Summer! ☀️🏊♀️
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
I am absolutely loving this above ground pool! It’s spacious, sturdy, and has completely transformed our backyard into a summer oasis. The setup was straightforward, and once it’s filled, it looks beautiful and feels super safe and stable. The materials feel durable, and the structure holds up really well, even with multiple kids playing in it. The water stays clean with regular maintenance, and the height is perfect — deep enough to cool off but safe for the little ones too. We’ve already created so many beautiful memories in it. Whether it’s during the day under the sun or at night with some backyard lights, this pool has become the heart of our home this summer. Highly recommend to any family looking for fun, relaxation, and a bit of paradise at home! ... show more

  • Advise not buying this pool!
Size: 21' Style: Phoenix
Really wanted to return this. The size and cumbersome nature of shipping it back made us keep it. If the return process would have been easier, I would have returned it. The quality was very poor. It was nearly impossible to assemble. The walls are so flimsy and the track that the wall sits in so narrow and weak that it bent as we try to put the wall into the track. Every step was difficult, due to the poor quality of the materials and the instruction manual writing. The materials are so flimsy. I bought this to last 20 years and figured I could replace the liner periodically. I bought it instead of a typical doughboy even though it was really expensive, because I believed that the steel frame pool would be higher quality. This is not worth the money. The instruction manual was so vague. It was like they wrote the manual and then cut out 40% of the instructions. When we finally got to the liner, it already had a hole in it. It is so thin. I don't anticipate it will last longer than a year. $2,400 for something that doesn't last longer than a year is a scam. It really should be pulled from the market. And they need a new technical writer to write the manual. ... show more
