I had the pool professionally installed, but finding an installer to do it was a challenge, as they have contracts with pool places. The installer stated he was surprised where I bought the pool & it’s great quality. It’s just as good as the pool places selling 6,000.00 pools for a fraction of the cost. I ordered pool sand for underneath from my local landscaping place & paid to have it delivered too. Look up how much you’ll need online for the specs of your pool. Purchase sand for the filter, because it doesn’t come with it. I also purchased separately cushions for the bottom corners. As a previous pool owner for 14 years, I was familiar with the process. There’s no point in investing your money to not install it properly & expect it to last or give it a bad review. The liner wasn’t a bad one, but after reading reviews before buying, I didn’t want to risk finding out if it was good or not on the day of installation. I bought a heavy gauge one with a pattern instead. The ladder isn’t sturdy, it’s not child proof & a hassle to assemble. I will be buying a better one this summer, but it was useable. Use caution with the ladder is my advice. The filter was big enough to keep my pool clean & I had to buy a hose for vacuuming, the pool package came with attachment to go over the basket hole though. i also use a solar cover & swear by it. It keeps my pool clean, does heat it up & keeps the heat in at night & reduces chlorine from being drained from the sun. The solar covers only last for me for about two years but are we’ll worth it I feel. The caps are a hard resin, but from what I seen at pool places this is the new product. They are sturdy & nothing to be concerned about, as many name brand pool manufacturers are utilizing this resin now. I know many have installed the pool themselves, but they also haven’t done so properly from what I read. If you do it on your own plan on a big project & do it right. Dig down, use sand, go the right route & this pool will last. I’m extremely satisfied and saved more than half the money I would’ve if I went to a pool place. ... show more

We purchased this pool last year and only had two months of enjoyment. Definitely don't buy this pool or anything from this seller - they've given me the run around for two days with no end in sight to rectify my situation. But if you have unfortunately ordered this pool, I recommend paying professionals to install it. It's unbelievably difficult to do yourself - you shouldn't be doing it yourself. Hire professionals. We used our pool for two months and thought everything seemed fine. At the end of the season (after September for us) we winterized the pool following a step by step guide and the help of a family member who has a similar pool that he winterizes without problems every year. This spring we discovered that the entire side of our pool - the pool walls - had ripped apart completely where the two sides are bolted together. I mean completed ripped apart like paper, destroying the liner along with it. To say we are devastated is an understatement. I tried calling the seller and they gave me the information for Swimline - the manufacturer of the pool liner. Obviously they couldn't help me as the liner was damaged from the failure of the pool walls. They suggested we call the pool manufacturer directly. I called the seller again - they gave me the same number. They have NO IDEA who the manufacturer or the pool is or how to contact them, no idea about a warranty or coverage, and not even an apology about the experience - not only are we disappointed that we now need to purchase a new pool, we are pretty angry about being out the 3500 that we spent last year for this package.     • There was a hole in the liner and pool filter is going bad

Overall good value for the money. However, it is extremely difficulty to assemble. Be prepared to have multiple people to help. We had 10 people and still could have used more. There was a hole in the liner so before we could even really get much going we had to run to the store to buy patches. We have had it up for two weeks and the filter is already starting to not work properly. We are going to have to buy a new one to replace it. The ladder is super flimsy. It's fine for kids to climb up and down on but it's a little scary for adults as it feels like it is going to break. ... show more

this pool is big, it’s heavy duty quality, the pump is good, i hired a above ground pool company to install it, i purchased a 30 mil liner (due to reviews) and saved the 20 mil that came with it for back up. my family loves it, it’s deep but not to much for my 9 year old granddaughter- it’s the perfect size for her, comes up to her neck. I would definitely recommend this pool for anybody that wants a nice large sturdy pool big enough for the whole family to enjoy. ... show more

So far this pool experience has exceeded my expectations!! It had all its parts and went together like the instructions read. My husband has put in an above ground pool in the past, so he was more knowledgeable than a first time pool owner, so it made things easier as well. I've read reviews (nightmares) about buying an above ground pool online and all the issues they had from parts being missing, to damaged parts and then having to wait forever for any kind of replacement and/or issues with the company customer service. I am beyond thankful we didn't have any kind of experience like that!!! This pool looks amazing....very sturdy construction!! We will probably upgrade the ladder at some point to a set of pool stairs. We don't have the pump going yet, since we still need to get the sand for it....so I can update this in a few days with some photo's. Update: It is now the end of summer and I have to say my opinion of this pool has not changed!!! Very Happy Customer!!! ... show more
