I’ve taken the last couple of days to really try the product on everything. The best steam mop I’ve ever had for my floors. It is a little bit heavier, but the water heats up fast and last a long time comparatively to the others I’ve had. I’ve used it on my walls indoors and I was very happy with the result. Doesn’t take any effort and it definitely cleans them up really well. The last thing I had to try where my shower glass doors because they are my nemesis. I could not be happier they look brand new. Better than when we moved into our new house. I do wish they gave you more pads for the handheld because you can do a lot with that. Other than that, I have absolutely no negatives on this. The only negatives are it’s probably about 2 to 3 pounds heavier than the others I’ve used and I wish I had a couple more of the accessories. I suggest buying this 100%.

I love this thing. It comes with a bunch of attachments and you can use it to clean SO many different things in your home. Even after vacuuming and mopping my floors this thing picked up soooo much dirt that I was like oh my god. You’ll be cleaning stuff you didn’t even think was dirty until you REALLY clean it with this and realize that a steam cleaner is seriously a staple cleaning tool to have. I bought it for cleaning my upholstered white couch but have used it in sooo many different ways within the first day of receiving it. I also love that it comes with a mount that is capable of keeping all of the different parts together for easy storage. The only thing I don’t love, which other reviewers have mentioned as well, is that it is quite heavy and it can get pretty tiresome to hold down the spray button after a while. I found it less cumbersome when using this as a mop but really tiring when using it to clean grout. Considering how many uses this steamer has for the home I think the price is really good. I actually can’t believe I’ve gone without a steam cleaner for so long.

I have used this steam mop since 2021. It mops well, it cleans grout with the accessories, it steams countertops/tubs/sinks and so much more. Within in the last few months of 2026, it has begun leaking heavily from the handle which makes it incredibly frustrating to use and I'm not needing to decide to what purchase next. Cons: - Handheld tank area is fairly heavy regardless of water being in the unit. - Trigger requires being constantly depressed in order to use the steam (longer or detailed cleaning will likely lead to some hand cramping). Many things like vacuums or other steam mops have a trigger lock and that would go a long way to help with this con. Pros - Works INCREDIBLY well for a while. We mop at least once per week if not more, and have also used this mop for smaller cleaning jobs like grout work, tubs, sinks, etc. It's been a work horse. - Attached cord is long. It seems like a lot of corded things have such short cords these days which means either needing an extension cord or needing to re-plug it in a lot. - You don't need special cleaning spray. Just distilled/filtered water. Love that this reduces the unnecessary chemicals in my home and on my floor for the little ones and dogs. It looks like I will need to replace this unit and while this unit has been incredible for almost 5 years, it doesn't hold up for years and years.

Bought this four years ago. It's still going strong and eliminates that sticky feeling you get with tile floors after mopping. Just pour a mix of hot water and vinegar on the area you want clean, and go over it with this. Kitchen range gross? Use this. Kid somehow spilled wax burner/candle wax on the floor and bookcase? Use this.

This team mop is very powerful and versatile. I used the hand held option and one of the small round brush to clean my kitchen stone tile floor and grout. It is very effective and super easy to clean. I used the short flat “grout” cleaning brush first but liked the round brush better because it covers a little more area and cleans much better than the flat brush. The grout was almost black due to the grease in the kitchen and my other mops cannot reach the dirt inside the grout. This handheld option of the steam mop does the job and is brilliant! I saw some reviews said that the steam was not hot, so I was a little hesitant to buy it at first. But I am so glad I gave it a try. The steam of my mop is steaming hot!! The mop is also very easy and effective in cleaning the floor. I am glad that it comes with 2 washable pads that I can use on a large area without having to stop and wash the dirty pad. The water tank surprisingly lasts a long time and I can clean a pretty big area without refill. However, the refill is extremely easy too. It comes with a measure funnel and the steam is ready immediately after refill. You do not need to wait for it to get ready to use again. I also saw some reviews complain about the weight. It is not heavy when you use the mop but is a little heavy when you use the handheld option especially if you use it for a longer time. Given the effectiveness and versatility of the handheld option, I think it is totally worth it. I will just take a short break between refills if I need to use the handheld option for a long time. Overall, this mop performs above my expectations and I highly recommend it!

Pros: lots of tools/options that generate a lot of excitement. I was hyped to clean my whole house. It has a cute little docking station. It dries quickly and streak free. Cons: 1. Intermittent puffs of steam. The powerfresh model has more steam on the light setting than this “heavy duty” model on the highest setting. Think about it. A model priced at $80 produces more steam/gets hotter. Steam on this model is intermittent. You can hear it struggle to puff out some air. NO visible steam unless you take off the mop head or the tooling. 2. Heavy weight champion. Perhaps my height (5’ 2”) makes this thing weigh a ton. Perhaps by some stroke of bad luck this mop is designed for taller folks? Not sure. I’m out of shape. I type all day. This mop is top heavy creating instant strain of the hand, wrist, and forearm. Requires 2 hands. One to hold the steam creation trigger on the top and one to hold the stem to improve control. Using the portable steamer is more of the same. 3. Trigger finger required. This model does not have a continuous stream option. Tying the power cord band around the trigger will not work. Neither will tying rubber bands around it, using string, or wedging something in there. It would have been great if they did something like the gas station pump handles where lifting a lever depresses the trigger for you. Your hands will get tired quickly. 4. Tools appear to wear out quickly. Depending on your strength and movement pattern while using the scrubbing tools…it will fray, flatten, or break. The grout item flattened to such a degree that it was basically plastic on tile. 5. Power cord is a struggle. The power cord is presumably the thickness it is due to the power required for the steamer. It is two times the diameter of a regular #2 pencil. It will drag on the floor. The booklet suggests you make loops and hold it in your hand. Releasing the length as you go along. Wouldn’t it make more sense to create a quick release hook around the steam? The power cord is thick, heavy, cumbersome, absolutely in the way.

Update: I have been using this product for over a year. I am happy each time I use it how easy it is to use, how clean it leaves the floor. Original Review: I moved from washing my kitchen floor with buckets and a mop and am very happy I made the switch. This machine is easy to use and maintain, cleans the floor well and also takes a bit of strategy to make it doable to use. I am very happy with how it cleans, easy to to refill the water as needed. long, sturdy power cord. Water heats quickly. OK, now for the care. The mop, while not heavy, but does create some resistance when push;ed/pulled, making me want to avoid using a "scrubbing" motion with it, along with keeping the "steam trigger" pulled, because it strains the arm. I have taken to using long, slow, smooth motion forward and backward, pausing briefly over dirty spots to let the steam soften them so I don't have the scrub to get them off. The other thing a user will want to do is to buy multiple replacement mop heads. As hoped, the mop heads get dirty as they clean the floor----good deal, dirt on mop, not on floor! And I find myself wanting to use several mop heads to clean---one for entry floor, one for kitchen, one for another room, as they pick up the dirt so nicely from each floor that i want to start with a clean head.

This steam cleaner is very nice. But, be very wary of buying a used one. I ordered one in “Like New” condition and received one that had been misused and was missing most of the accessories. I’ve used Bissell hand held steam cleaners and steam mops for many years. They are durable and if you use demineralized or distilled water, they practically last forever. The steam mop combo I wanted to replace still works great, but it needs a nozzle adapter to use attachments, and I broke mine, so I could only use it as a mop or with its flexible hose. I made that my excuse to upgrade, even though it’s a workhorse that just won’t quit. This newer design is a big improvement over the old one. It’s lighter, compact, and the water fill is conveniently placed. One thing I dislike about my old model is tipping it on its side to fill it. I also really like that the mop stick is a long steam wand. I recently bought a pack of the small accessory brushes with a scraper (my favorite accessory - it’s also a decent straight concentrator), so the abundance of included brushes will last me a long, long time. The heavy duty brushes didn’t come in different colors, (color coding makes it easy to keep separate the ones used in the bathroom, kitchen or outside). So, if this is a whole home tool for you, you’ll want to address that. I’ve read some reviewers statements about saving money by using filtered tap water instead of the recommended distilled or demineralized water. Sure, that’s cheaper in the moment, but it will decimate the product’s lifespan and, too soon, you’ll be spending all of that savings and more on a new steam cleaner. If your coffee maker’s water tank gets scale, then your filtered water isn’t good enough for steam cleaning. This steam cleaner is easy to use, has two steam settings and simply does the job.
