Very nice pool! This thing is huge! Family loves it. Ordered and it was delivered on time. Communication from delivery team was very good. Pool boxes come on pallet that is about 3x4 and around 6ft tall, so make sure you have room for it. Setup is a little different. Level is important. It took about 4 yards of sand to level this behemoth. Once sand is spread, you're going to need at least 3 adults to set this thing up. It is a big pool. You don't need professional setup, just make sure you have enough help. One thing you'll need besides the sand is some pressure treated either 2x4s or 2x6s for under the supports. Once it's set up, this thing is great. The last pool we had was an 18ft round. It was a decent size for our family at the time, this one is big enough to have a nice pool party. The only thing I might change is the ladder. The one that comes with it is acceptable, but an upgraded one would be nice. We have plans eventually to add a deck instead of the ladder. ... show more

We purchased and assembled this pool in June. After assembly and filling it with thousands of gallons of water, my husband noticed a small tear in the liner when we were swimming. He contacted amazon and they wanted us to send it back to them. We were not willing to dump hundreds of dollars worth of water and hunt down a box big enough to shove a 31' X 52' pool and poles into, which to us seemed absolutely ridiculous along with horrible customer service when you spent $1300 on a pool. Today Sept 5th, i came home from school drop off and our backyard is flooded. the liner tore off the support poles. i'm currently in a amazon support chat where of course the amazon return window expired in July. I have to now contact the manufacturer on my own. We're not happy with the quality of the pool and definitely not the customer service. If anything changes i will update this. ** UPDATE. It is now 4/12/24. back in Sept or October I finally got them to SAY they’d replace the bent poles from the pool liner tearing apart and ruining the liner and multiple support poles. We were told we have to pay the shipping to receive the poles and that we’d receive and invoice via email to pay. Never got an email. Now when you call bestway you can’t speak to a person. You have to leave a callback number and maybe days later you get the call back. The website no longer will load, it says it doesn’t exist. So we’ve got a $1300 pool liner still sitting in a box bc they never sent the replacement poles. We will NEVER buy a product from this company again and if they’re going out of business I wouldn’t be surprised with a garbage product and horrendous customer service. ... show more

Took wife and myself 1/2 day to set this up instructions are not super clear maybe if you read Chinese. With that said this is an awesome huge pool seems to be well build once the pool is filled it sits straight and is rock solid. Just make sure to get the ground perfectly level within 1 inch side to side that way you cal fill it all the way full. Love this pool and we will have a pool deck built soon. We hope to enjoy this pool for years to come! ... show more

Very easy to set up. Not happy with the pump and filter for this size of pool though. Way to small and had to replace with a much larger one. Then, ran into a problem with matching the plumbing connections because I didn't purchase their upgrade. Apparently they have their own size.

This is my second pool this size my first one was a saltwater from another brand and my frame ended up rotting out after a couple years so tried this brand. First off I would only use 4" thick bricks under the legs the thinner ones will crack I know this by having to replace them all. We are using my old pump so I cant give it 5 star on suction power I just dont know and the pump does look lil smaller so thats that. The only issue we are having is the top white section where the rails slide through are getting very sticky and discolored from what I think is that raging ball of fire in the sky cause its not doing it where the ladder covers it from the sun. All in all seems to be a good product when the water isnt 101 degrees ... show more

So reasonably priced at just under $2000 USD and hours and hours of fun right in our own back yard. Definitely needed four sets of hands to assemble as the pool is sooo big. The sand filter doesn't work on the proper setting and parts were already on back order and still haven't come in but I've found a way to "rig" the filter to work anyway. I like the sand filter / back wash option vs. the insert filters used in the smaller pools. ... show more

Buyers beware! We were sent a pool with a hole in it. When we messaged them about it our options were to accept a small amount back or take it down put it on a pallet ourselves and send it back. Because we were not able to immediately do this we were then denied a refund. So we are out the money we spent on the pool and the hundreds of dollars it cost us to fill it. Also be aware the pump that comes with this pool does not work well and requires sand (another expense we are out). ... show more
