We love the pool it’s definitely great quality, only thing I will say is you will need to hire someone to install it, I’m extremely handy myself but this take a professional to install and is very complex. Highly recommend the pool, and the pump and sand filter work great.

We purchased this pool last year and only had two months of enjoyment. Definitely don't buy this pool or anything from this seller - they've given me the run around for two days with no end in sight to rectify my situation. But if you have unfortunately ordered this pool, I recommend paying professionals to install it. It's unbelievably difficult to do yourself - you shouldn't be doing it yourself. Hire professionals. We used our pool for two months and thought everything seemed fine. At the end of the season (after September for us) we winterized the pool following a step by step guide and the help of a family member who has a similar pool that he winterizes without problems every year. This spring we discovered that the entire side of our pool - the pool walls - had ripped apart completely where the two sides are bolted together. I mean completed ripped apart like paper, destroying the liner along with it. To say we are devastated is an understatement. I tried calling the seller and they gave me the information for Swimline - the manufacturer of the pool liner. Obviously they couldn't help me as the liner was damaged from the failure of the pool walls. They suggested we call the pool manufacturer directly. I called the seller again - they gave me the same number. They have NO IDEA who the manufacturer or the pool is or how to contact them, no idea about a warranty or coverage, and not even an apology about the experience - not only are we disappointed that we now need to purchase a new pool, we are pretty angry about being out the 3500 that we spent last year for this package. Just DONT BUY IT. Call your local pool supplier and work with them. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Overall good value for the money. However, it is extremely difficulty to assemble. Be prepared to have multiple people to help. We had 10 people and still could have used more. There was a hole in the liner so before we could even really get much going we had to run to the store to buy patches. We have had it up for two weeks and the filter is already starting to not work properly. We are going to have to buy a new one to replace it. The ladder is super flimsy. It's fine for kids to climb up and down on but it's a little scary for adults as it feels like it is going to break.

I have had this pool for 3 years now and it is still perfect, only thing I changed was the liner. I upgraded to a better quality 25mil liner(liner that came with it was fine but not what we wanted and 15mil). Outstanding buy and a killer price, half everywhere else in 2022

Was nervous about this pool after reading the reviews but after an extensive search, I went with it. Big concern was the assembly so we went over board with the prep and really took our time. I basically learned pretty quick why the assembly reviews were so poor. Such a piss poor design for something they believe a consumer will assemble. Its extremely flimsy up until its completely full of water. Strength seems decent now. Literally ever step of the process is poorly design and the instructions are just plain terrible. As far as which part was bad with the assembly, well, all of it.... The pump and filter system seams to be fairly well made and keeps the debris pretty well managed. The skimmer and ladder are ridiculously cheep. I did have pretty good luck with the seller getting back to me to further clarify their HORRIBLE instructions. Looks pretty good now that it's installed but we shall see how I feel after its been used a bit.

this pool is big, it’s heavy duty quality, the pump is good, i hired a above ground pool company to install it, i purchased a 30 mil liner (due to reviews) and saved the 20 mil that came with it for back up. my family loves it, it’s deep but not to much for my 9 year old granddaughter- it’s the perfect size for her, comes up to her neck. I would definitely recommend this pool for anybody that wants a nice large sturdy pool big enough for the whole family to enjoy.

This product seems like a decent deal, but don’t be fooled. They left out our liner,skimmer, and net. Trying to get the liner was a pain but when we finally got ahold of the right person the liner came within a couple of days. The liner isn’t the best quality and will probably have to be replaced sooner than normal. You will need extra help putting this pool up especially if it’s your first experience.

All your problems with this pool will be with installing as it can be pretty challenging to do especially if you plan on just following the instructions without the help of someone that has done them before. Once you do get it installed assuming you have done properly. The pool is sturdy and fun. The kids absolutely love it. Comes with a great pump as well.
