I have had this pool for 3 years now and it is still perfect, only thing I changed was the liner. I upgraded to a better quality 25mil liner(liner that came with it was fine but not what we wanted and 15mil). Outstanding buy and a killer price, half everywhere else in 2022

We purchased this pool last year and only had two months of enjoyment. Definitely don't buy this pool or anything from this seller - they've given me the run around for two days with no end in sight to rectify my situation. But if you have unfortunately ordered this pool, I recommend paying professionals to install it. It's unbelievably difficult to do yourself - you shouldn't be doing it yourself. Hire professionals. We used our pool for two months and thought everything seemed fine. At the end of the season (after September for us) we winterized the pool following a step by step guide and the help of a family member who has a similar pool that he winterizes without problems every year. This spring we discovered that the entire side of our pool - the pool walls - had ripped apart completely where the two sides are bolted together. I mean completed ripped apart like paper, destroying the liner along with it. To say we are devastated is an understatement. I tried calling the seller and they gave me the information for Swimline - the manufacturer of the pool liner. Obviously they couldn't help me as the liner was damaged from the failure of the pool walls. They suggested we call the pool manufacturer directly. I called the seller again - they gave me the same number. They have NO IDEA who the manufacturer or the pool is or how to contact them, no idea about a warranty or coverage, and not even an apology about the experience - not only are we disappointed that we now need to purchase a new pool, we are pretty angry about being out the 3500 that we spent last year for this package. Just DONT BUY IT. Call your local pool supplier and work with them. This has been an absolute nightmare. ... show more

5 year review… Great affordable hard side pool. All of the metal is holding up great. Liner that came with package was thin. Grass grew through on 2nd summer. Replaced with a 30gauge, no problems since. Hard plumbed all of the hoses. Has great pressure, and pump still runs strong 24/7 (April - October). Hired a team on market place to assemble it, even after the new liner we are invested 1/3 of the price the box stores quoted us. Highly recommended! ... show more

this pool is big, it’s heavy duty quality, the pump is good, i hired a above ground pool company to install it, i purchased a 30 mil liner (due to reviews) and saved the 20 mil that came with it for back up. my family loves it, it’s deep but not to much for my 9 year old granddaughter- it’s the perfect size for her, comes up to her neck. I would definitely recommend this pool for anybody that wants a nice large sturdy pool big enough for the whole family to enjoy. ... show more

First off let me start by saying I have a degree in general maintenance so I usually can put anything together. This pool is a nice looking pool for the money .. but it is a PAIN IN THE BUTT TO PUT UP. I had 7 people helping and still had all kinds of problems holding the wall up while trying to get the liner in. Take my advice BUY A BEAD LINER AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LINER . The directions are just horrible..!!! It just tells the basic information for putting the pool up. My advice I would have PAID ANYTHING FOR SOMEONE TO PUT THIS POOL UP FOR ME . Looks great I think still waiting to fill up so I can put the pump and skimmer in . But this will be my last one I put up. I’d rather just pay someone . I had everything perfect level and square and the wind started blowing and blew everything off had to level it like 3 times . ... show more

We love the pool it’s definitely great quality, only thing I will say is you will need to hire someone to install it, I’m extremely handy myself but this take a professional to install and is very complex. Highly recommend the pool, and the pump and sand filter work great.

Buyer beware!!! I live in the northeast was unable to install the pool until yesterday and today period and you're going to quote your thirty days. The liner is torn, there is no ladder, and there no pump. What did I get from my $2000 trash? As for the pump you knew about this from the start.

I disliked the set up a little because every time we started around the circle, it would come out of track, and instructions said you only need two people, better have at least 8! Once set up tho, my grandchildren and their friends have enjoyed it
