Arrived broken but it works. Heats up almost immediately. Great for cramps or other body aches. The core is as long as my hand so it is real inconspicuous. Which is great for when I'm at work.

The clip that connects or secures the product plugs into the side of the heating pad. When it arrived, the clip was broken so that half of it was stuck inside the opening. It wasn’t a big deal as it’s a cheap product so I just returned it, but I’d recommend buying one that clasps somewhere else. Connecting in the side like that is just asking for it to snap off seeing as it’s a pretty thin and flimsy piece of plastic. Maybe if it was sturdier it would be alright, but I’d recommend a clamp that connects near your back or your side. ... show more
