Our last steamer was heavy, cumbersome, and not easy to use. It was also quite noisy. This one is such a big improvement! We like that it is lightweight, the cord is extra long, it is quiet, and there are a number of options in sprayer heads as well as uses for floors, curtains, upholstery. We set it up to use on the kitchen floor and after filling the water reservoir and turning it on the mop was ready to go within 10 seconds. Super fast. It delivered great amount of steam and the mop cover (terry cloth attached with velcro) showed the evidence of grime in the vinyl that it was able to steam clean. We would have loved 2 slight improvements: Extra mop cloths and a larger measuring cup. The cup included only holds 150 ml where the tank on the steamer takes 360 mls, requiring extra trips to fill it up. These are minor issues compared to the performance and we're looking forward to exploring other uses for this steamer. ... show more

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do, but it’s been a really solid addition for cleaning around the house. It heats up quickly and gets to work fast, which is a big plus when you’re trying to clean in short bursts. I’ve used it on hardwood and tile so far, and it does a great job cutting through dirt without needing extra cleaners. The handheld option is a nice bonus for smaller areas and detail work. Pros: • Heats up quickly and ready to use fast • Cleans effectively with just steam • Versatile with multiple attachments • Long cord makes it easy to move around Cons: • Water reservoir is on the smaller side (needs refilling more often) • Not ideal for large areas without a refill break A surprisingly effective steam mop that delivers strong cleaning power in a compact, easy-to-use design. This steamer is super handy to have. It was well packed and protected from pieces scratching each other. While all the pieces parts seem to be lighter in weight than I expected they felt sturdy enough for their intended use. The steamer is super easy to set up. It took me longer to unbox it than it did to have it assembled and fully operational. While I do have a full sized steamer it's heavy and a pain to use. This steamer is lightweight and well made. It offers great functionality and makes a great portable unit. Lightweight enough to easily carry to the shop and use for detailing our vehicles. While we keep protectors on our chairs and couches they still need a good steam cleaning now and then. The cord is a nice length that allows me to pretty much go where I need it without having keep finding new plugs to plug it into. The pad that comes with it is well made and can easily be thrown in the dishwasher or the washing machine for a good cleaning. It comes with two different handle lengths one long and one short. With the short handle in place it's easy enough to handle inside of the car or on our drapes. Who knew drapes could get so dusty just hanging there. The unit heats up quickly and provides sufficient steam output for just about any of your cleaning needs. All in all with all the attachments that come with it there's not many jobs this handy steamer can't do. Worth giving this one a shot. ... show more

A versatile steam mop. I got rid of my previous steam mop when I put in bamboo floors (15 years ago) in half of my house and the instructions said not to use a steam mop. But the rest of my house has more recently had LVP installed and they are compatible with steam mops as long as you don't leave the mop in one place for too long. Being relatively new, the floors haven't had too much need for more than a simple microfiber mop with neutral cleaner... until now. I have one spot in my kitchen resistant to normal cleaning and it was time to give the steam mop a try. I took a short video of it in action but it wasn't impressive enough to post, half of the resistant spot of dried goo immediately disappeared but the rest of it resisted for the entire 30-ish seconds I gave it to work. I'd have called it a failure but the steam softened it enough that I was able to get the rest of it off with just a towel. So I'll call it a qualified success :-) I like that the cleaner comes with a bunch of attachments to make it more useful than just mopping floor. ... show more
