This is the best thing I have ever bought to clean with. I love it so much. The steam comes in 3 levels which makes it perfect for cleaning even my LVP (mine isn’t glued, I know they say not to use this but I do) I have hardwood and tile everywhere so this has saved my life. You can use the steam trigger to shoot out the front and it helps break up even the toughest of crud on the floor. The mop heads spin which is great to really get a nice clean going. It heats up quickly, and has a decent sized water tank so you can go for a few rooms. This is perfect for all hard surfaces. I even used it in our shower to scrub the floor tiles in there! When asked about my new Shark Steam&Scrub yesterday, I hadn't used it yet but I just finished using it for the first time & it is FANTASTIC! I have a Bissel steamer but wanted one with brushes to get into the crevices of my kitchen floor pattern so bought the Shark plus brushes for it. First, it is the most quiet machine I've ever used.So quiet that my 2 usually scary-cat dogs who hate machine noises, never moved from their beds despite cleaning right up close to them. I finally had to get them to move with treats!! The Shark did a wonderful job...sufficient wetness but not too much, very easy to handle with just enough weight to be stable but not heavy or resistant to moving & a nice long cord & left me with a beautifully clean floor. Very, very impressed with my Shark...will probably be donating my other machines. ... show more

Performance & Features This model handles its primary duty—sanitizing and cleaning hard floors—very well. The Steam Blaster technology is a standout, providing a concentrated burst of steam for stubborn, dried-on messes. The addition of LED headlights is surprisingly useful, illuminating dust and streaks in corners or under cabinets that you might otherwise miss. With three steam modes, you can easily adjust the intensity based on whether you are doing a light dust-over or a deep scrub. The "Catch": Room for Improvement While the cleaning power is undeniable, there are a few ergonomic and design quirks to keep in mind: • Handling & Maneuverability: Unlike lighter stick mops, this unit is hard to control with one hand.
