I clean houses & always looking for the newest & better steam cleaner. I've bought 3 from the highest rated company's (don't think I can say the name?) all of which were nothing special & never lasted more than a year. THIS is by far the absolute best steam cleaner I've ever owned. It's easy to use & with all the attachments I have been able to clean spots on floors that the other steam cleaners couldn't. I am obsessed with it. It gets everything. Hard to reach corners, windows, grout & more The ONLY thing I don't like is the pads are so thin they are saturated with water after 15 minutes of use. Maybe I have the temperature too high? The only other negative is all the attachments are supposed to be carried in a burlap bag which doesn't actually fit all the attachments. But other than that I'm seriously considering buying a second one just for myself The ONLY thing that's wrong is the cleaning pads are entirely too thin & it leaves extra water on the floor leaving water spots & doesn't absorb even the slightest bit of lint. I find myself spending more time on my hands and knees wiping up lines of dirt left behind. Plus there's only 3 velcro strips on the base but 5 velcro ro strips on the pad itself. As for every other attachments and their uses it's great but not worth for cleaning floors too much water left over

The media could not be loaded. It works really good. I Have no issues witj the attachments and everything came perfectly packaged. My only issue is that after a few grout cleanings the grout brush isn't doing to well and I wouldn't mind purchasing the additional grout brushes. So far heat was consistent! Do use filtered water! It's very lightweight with a long cord and its pretty durable to me with exception of the grout brush For me it works great and no issues. I will update in 6 months !

Honestly, I have looked for a machine just like this forever it seems! I happened to find this one as an open box purchase so not only did I find the absolute best cleaning tool ever, I got a screaming deal on it too! I love it when things work out!! So far, no issues and I have used the machine several times. To clean my carpet, my couches, hard to reach places like behind the toilet!! This machine is AMAZING!! It’s small enough to hide in your coat closet or to place in your car and take it with you! I’m telling you, once you use this thing and see how well it works, you are going to want to use it everywhere! Great product for the money! Highly recommended!

I had always been under the impression that cleaning with steam was the way to remove stubborn stains, peel things like adhesive or wallpaper from surfaces, and to sanitize things. I bought this little steam mop for four specific jobs: 1) to remove a rust stain from a glass tile where a plant had been setting, 2) to remove the non-slip stickers in the bathtub that are degrading so I could replace them, 3) to remove wax from a floor, and 4) to clean, and keep clean the grout on my tile floors. The rust stain was not completely removed. Only the non-slip stickers that were already degrading partially came up. I saw no difference in the grout with or without using one of the scrubber attachments. I didn't even bother to see if the steamer would remove the was from the floor. But since the window of return is passed, maybe I'll try. Oh, BTW, I did try steaming out some creases in a table scarf - while the creases were softened, large wet spots were left on the scarf. I had to hang it up to dry before putting it on the table. Maybe I was expecting too much...I don't know. I do know I am NOT impressed so far.

Just received my steamer and so far have only done floors (laminate and ceramic tile). The only things I want to suggest changing is a trigger at the handheld part for the detergent instead of the foot button. And a thicker pad with more Velcro. These get so dirty and saturated really quick and then start to slip. Overall, loved the steamer. My floors feel really clean and it was easy to out together and use.

While it does work well on the floor, I initially bought this for the walls. Not realizing the way the floor attachment swivels, it made it impossible unless I was actually holding it down while moving. I did try with the garment attachment as well as the nylon brush just to see if those would work but that just made it feel weird holding the mop that way.
