I bought this a year ago and it was fine got the job done other than the one attachment with the scrubber pad it came off within one use. All other attachments have been fine though. Really the only big issue I’ve had is the place where the steam mop and handle are screwed together it cracked after about 7 months or so and we had to be very careful when mopping to ensure it didn’t brake all the way bc then it would be useless. It did end up braking all the way so I reached out to schenley thinking that there probably isn’t anything they can or will do but sure enough they responded quickly and effectively and sent us a brand new mop!! I was shocked and very impressed. All together I’d say this is a perfect mop for a small household or for a place that doesn’t have as much traffic as us because we go through mops like crazy lol I will also add my husband is very heavy handed and has broken many mops so take that as you will. ... show more

Bought to help deep clean my house to sell. It was easy to use, and direction booklet was easy to follow. I cleaned my stove and microwave successfully with the small unit, and we use the handle attachment and microfiber pad to clean the tile in the bathroom. The grout brush attachment was losing some of its bristles, but I contacted the company and they sent a new one out. Customer service had excellent communication and follow through. This is a nice mop and it cleans my floors great; however, a bigger canister for water is needed to avoid refilling constantly.
