I have a Shark vacuum that I absolutely love that actually vacuums up the debris on my hardwood floors rather than blow it around....so I bought this needing a simpler way to mop and clean my floors. I love the cleaning power of this steam mop. It moves easily across both my wood floor and linoleum, has 3 different heat settings and really cleans. The water well is large so that I don't have to stop often to refill. The only drawback is the cord. I've added an extension cord to increase the distance that I can move from the outlet. very powerful and love the way it goes right up to the bottom of the baseboards too, you can go under tables very easily just makes steaming floors a breeze, and cleans all hard surfaces, without the harsh chemicals, I even cleaned inside our shower too, extra pads are included, and the pads are washable so that's a plus. I Just LOVE it !!! now I can look forward to steaming the floors. UPDATE: we have lots of tile in our home, so I find I have to replace the pads often for each room to clean the floors, and I need to use a floor cleaner with the steamer or the floors will look dull, wish the pads were larger or thicker, ... show more
